GREAT NEWS FOR BLOOMHILL!! - Duration: 2:05.As the Minister for Health, Greg Hunt has known
The sunshine Coast has really swung in behind Bloomhill
We've been running a campaign to save Bloomhill
Because the State Government has not stepped up to the plate and faced up to their responsibility.
And Minister, I've come to you...cap in hand almost
to say....we need help for Bloomhill
And I want to take this opportunity to ask you to explain to the people of the Sunny Coast what you have just told me.
Well, firstly to Ted and for everybody on the Sunshine Coast.
I had the privilege of attending Bloomhill with Ted O'Brien and he introduced me to the
nurses, the carers, the organisers, but most importantly
the patients who are on their journey of recovery and rehabilitation from cancer
and they talked about the amazing difference the incredible staff
at Bloomhill make, and it was very moving.
We made the agreement with the State that if we provided
the places for the Medical School that they would support Bloomhill. They reneged on it
It doesn't matter - we're fixing it.
There is no way we could ever let such a magnificent organisation such as Bloomhill fail
So I am delighted to announce that after daily advocacy from Ted I have to confess,
The Commonwealth will SUPPORT the Bloomhill Cancer Centre
for 4 years for $850,000 - $212,500 a year. That secures its future, it establishes its place
And it allows the staff and the patients to have long term peace of mind
Well done mate.
Minister, thank you and to everybody who has believed in Bloomhill - its clients, its volunteers
its management, its staff. This fight has been your fight and it's because of your support
that the Minister has come to the party on this, so Minister, thank you very much
Well done Ted - it matters. Appreciate it.

Royal news : Royal wedding 2019: Why Lady Gabriella WON'T turn into a Royal BRIDEZILLA - Duration: 4:05.Lady Gabriella Windsor, also known as Ella, will marry Thomas Kingston in the spring
The bride-to-be got engaged on the Isle of Sark in August 2018 and Buckingham Palace confirmed the wedding in December
The announcement read: "Prince and Princess Michael of Kent are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter Lady Gabriella Windsor to Mr Thomas Kingston
The engagement took place in August; Mr Kingston proposed on the Isle of Sark." The couple will wed at St George's Chapel in Windsor, the same venue used by 2018's royal brides, Princess Eugenie and Meghan Markle
However, the upcoming royal wedding will be "very different" from her fellow royals
Although not much has been revealed, Ella seems to be planning a more moderate wedding than the weddings of Meghan and Eugenie
Royal author Robert Jobson told Express.co.uk: "I would expect it to be in the lines of a scaled down Princess Eugenie wedding
" READ MORE: ROYAL WEDDING 2019: LADY GABRIELLA VS MEGHAN MARKLE VS PRINCESS EUGENIE The guest list for the wedding is top secret, but speculations the Duchess of Cambridge's sister, Pippa Middleton, could make it to the big event are growing
Groom-to-be Thomas Kingston dated Kate's sister in 2011, but the pair remained in very good terms after the break-up and have been spotted together on numerous occasions since the relationship ended
Both Lady Gabriella and Thomas attended Pippa's wedding to James Matthews in May 2017 and could imply the bride-to-be will be happy to see Pippa celebrating her big day
And although the guest list has not been revealed to the public, Mr Jobson told Express
co.uk he expects "most senior royals to turn out" but added the Queen is not likely to attend as "it may be a bit distant
" Queen Elizabeth II is a first cousin of Prince Michael of Kent, Lady Gabriella's father
The nuptials of Ella and Tom, as Mr Kingston also goes by, will also not be televised and for friends and family only, the Palace confirmed
This is very different from the public marriages of Prince Harry and Meghan and Princess Eugenie and Jack Brooksbank, who had their nuptials televised for millions to watch
There is also unlikely to be any carriage procession or members of the public invited into the ground of Windsor Castle and implies Lady Gabriella wants a nice and quiet wedding focusing on her loved ones
But one aspect of her wedding is similar to Prince Harry and Meghan - the reception at Frogmore House
A spokesman from Buckingham Palace said Frogmore House held a "personal resonance" with Lady Gabriella
The Duke and Duchess of Kent - Lady Gabriella's grandparents - are both buried at the house
She is also said to spend most of her Christmas holidays at the location.

Trumps national emergency declaration triggers protests nationwide Video NJTV News - Duration: 3:31.Trumps national emergency declaration triggers protests nationwide Video NJTV News
On a holiday established to honor U.S. presidents, protesters rallied across the country and in New Jersey to condemn the 45th parodied in effigy as a giant, inflatable chicken in Newark. Immigration advocates criticized Donald Trumps Friday declaration of a national emergency, designed to obtain money Congress denied him for a border wall from other sources in the federal budget.
We know that there is no impending war and no direct national security threat to the United States southern border. The security threat is Donald Trump himself, said Nedia Morsy, lead organizer for Make the Road NJ.
Millions of Americans without health insurance is a real emergency. There are plenty of real emergencies to invest our tax money in, said SOMA Action Trustee Kelly Quirk.
The president intends to collect nearly dollar 8 billion for his proposed border wall to confront what he calls an emergency.
Were talking about an invasion of our country with drugs, with human traffickers, with all types of criminals and gangs, Trump said. We have a chance of getting close to dollar 8 billion whether its dollar 8 billion, or dollar 2 billion or dollar 1.5 billion its going to build a lot of wall. Were getting it done.
Trump said Friday he expected to be sued, and New Jersey will reportedly be among at least seven states that will join California in a legal challenge to the declaration. The national ACLU will also file suit, according to a New Jersey representative of the organization.
We believe that what the president is doing is unconstitutional. Its a power grab. Hes trying to ignore checks and balances, which is what protects us, said Andrea Long, donor relations manager for ACLU NJ.
Protesters pointed to the millions ICE spends housing immigration detainees more than dollar 100 per person, per day at facilities like the Essex County Jail which holds several hundred. According to a report from Homeland Securitys inspector general, an inspection last July turned up numerous violations, including a loaded gun left by a guard in the staff bathroom and found by a detainee cleaning crew; mold, peeling paint, and leaking ceilings and contaminated food. ICE said its addressed the problems, and noted in a statement, ICE is committed to continually enhancing the safety, rights, and health of detainees in ICEs care.
I am upset by the way my tax dollar is used. And to see its actually used to put in detention members of our communities, its an outrage, said Serges Demefack, coordinator for the End Detention and Deportation Project at American Friends Service Committee.
As for the emergency declaration, Republican Woodcliff Lake Mayor Carlos Rendo stated, Theres a crisis at our southern border and President Trump is doing what needs to be done to secure our nation. Republicans tried in good faith to negotiate a deal, but Democrats have prioritized illegal immigration over legal immigration.
These marches and these rallies, they matter. The judges see it and they pay attention. So please, keep coming out, keep marching. We need your support, Long said.
Activists said they will lobby New Jerseys congressional delegation and ask them to fight the emergency declaration, on the Hill and in the courts.

Royal news : Meghan Markle's best friend Jessica Mulroney posts cryptic message on Instagram about - Duration: 5:01.MEGHAN Markle's best friend Jessica Mulroney posted a very cryptic message on Instagram following her very lavish baby shower in New York
The Canadian stylist shared an inspirational quote that appeared to be showing her solidarity for her close friend, in light of the criticism Meghan has received over her lavish baby shower
The quote by author Tyler Knott was posted on Thursday morning, and said: "It's exhausting being strong, let no one tell you otherwise
"There are a million ways to heal, every single one will wear you down. "Keep your capacity for joy
Guard it with the rest of your life." The message was posted without any context, apart from Jessica captioning the image: "Guard your joy
" It was uploaded just hours after Meghan Markle's extravagant baby shower, which is estimated to have cost around £383,000
Numerous big names attended the Upper East Side baby shower, and the celebration was hosted by Serena Williams, Jessica Mulroney and Genevieve Hillis, who has been Meghan's best pal since they were 17
Other guests to attend included Amal Clooney and her Suits co-star Abigail Spencer
The A-list group stayed at America's most expensive hotel room at The Mark Hotel and is described as "A Castle in the Sky"
The £57,000-per-night penthouse room is 10,000 square-feet and has an additional 2,500 square-feet of terrace, overlooking Central Park in the Big Apple
It boasts of five bedrooms, four fireplaces, six bathrooms, two powder rooms, two wet bars, a dining room, a conservatory, and a living room that can be "transformed into a full-size Grand Ballroom", as described by the hotel
Designer suitcases costing £230 a pop, harpist Erin Hill who has played for Kanye West and a candy floss machine were just some of the upscale items seen being wheeled in
Meghan reportedly got a £98,500 private jet flight for free after pal Amal Clooney paid for trip home following the New York baby shower
The event certainly came with a hefty bill, although it is said Serena footed the bill for the expensive suite
This may seem like a pricey expense, but the tennis star reportedly earned around £20million last year
However, that hasn't stopped critics giving their views on the lavish occasion
One person tweeted: "Meghan & Harry are being billed as Humanitarians. They are Patrons of charities for the disadvantaged
The obscene cost of this 5 day trip is utter hypocrisy. "Not to mention the carbon footprint of taking a private jet
" Another added: "Yet Meghan Markle just had a $500,000 baby shower. How many people would that money have helped
She promotes herself as a humanitarian? LOL." However one person defended her saying: "Meghan has never broken any royal protocols and has been excelling in her new role
"Also Meghan's privately funded trip and baby shower cost the UK nothing. She is a self-made millionaire and so are her friends which means they can spend their money on whatever they want to
" Kate Middleton missed Meghan Markle's baby shower as she jetted off on secret skiing holiday with Prince William
She and Harry will visit Morocco for a two-day visit on behalf of the British government this weekend
Meghan Markle leaves New York hotel surrounded by security after baby shower

✅ Breaking News - SECRET SCOUT: Boro's Lewis Wing is a composed and energetic midfielder - Duration: 3:11.Our scout is a top football expert who attends matches each week searching for the next star
He'll bring you his verdict in Sportsmail. This week the man in the spotlight is Middlesbrough midfielder Lewis Wing
WHAT'S HE GOT?Having been introduced into a regimented Middlesbrough side this young man looks to have cemented a senior place
Playing on the right side of three midfielders with a 'sitter' and wing-backs also in operation, he was in effect at times in centre field among four colleagues
This gave him regular opportunities to get on the ball and he stood out with composed, simple, safe and accurate passing
Energy is not a problem as he looks as though he can run all day and I was impressed with his work rate
LEWIS WING FACTFILE 23 Middlesbrough Midfield £1m 2018-19 27 4 In the second half of a game I saw, he caught my eye when he ran beyond his wing-back out wide and took his marker with him, to leave space inside for his full back to play a pass
It was unselfish running off the ball to create passing opportunities for others
He also looked to break towards goal for a couple of efforts and although he did not score, one superb half-volley deserved better
What I also saw here was an eye to spot an early pass.In one sharp movement he played one-touch passes three times in a quick passing move that he instigated
Physically he has no problem. He is athletic, tall and has the capacity to get around the field
He is prepared to challenge for possession and shows a team willingness and determination off the ball
WHAT DOES HE NEED?Playing further forward may bring him nearer the penalty box and help his goal tally
His previous background as a goalscorer in non-League for Seaham Red Star and Shildon suggests he can find the net
It was difficult to see if he had a noticeable change of pace as here his team were in the ascendancy and dominated the ball, out-passing the opposition comfortably
It is for this reason that I would like to see Wing again, this time playing under pressure
Middlesbrough manager Tony Pulis normally goes for a sensible, tough-to-beat philosophy with experienced players
Here, he has a youngster who looks as though he will make good progress under his tutelage

The 34-year-old is the stepson of Christopher Shale, who was closely associated with former Prime Minister David Cameron before his death in 2011

"They have known each other a very long time. They are very close." Another source told The Sun: "Things are moving very quickly and it wouldn't surprise anyone if they got engaged within a short period of time

✅ Breaking News - Jorginho receives chorus of boos from Chelsea supporters - Duration: 2:22.Maurizio Sarri defended Jorginho after Chelsea supporters booed the midfielder when he came on against Malmo
The Blues boss brought on the Italian, who is seen as the centrepiece of 'Sarriball', in the 76th minute and some jeers rang round Stamford Bridge
Sarri claimed after their 3-1 win that the first 30 minutes highlighted the importance of Jorginho to his system
Share this article Share 'In the first 30 minutes we understood why Jorginho is very important for our team,' Sarri said
'We were in trouble to exit from our half, on pressing. With Jorginho, it's easier I think
'I hope that our fans will be able to understand that Jorginho, for us, is really a very important player
' Jorginho came on for Ross Barkley in the 76th minute, who has been much more accustomed to swapping with Mateo Kovacic
So far this season, Sarri has made this swap 20 times. Sarri has come under fire for his stubbornness in his tactics this season, especially after it seemed Premier League teams were starting to figure out his systems
A 2-0 loss to Arsenal, a 4-0 loss to Bournemouth, a 6-0 defeat to Manchester City, and a FA Cup exit at the hands of Manchester United turned the fans against him
Opposing teams would start to target Jorginho, who was having a much more productive time during Chelsea's unbeaten start to the season
A routine 5-1 aggregate win over Malmo in the Europa League might have appeased a few fans for now, but a League Cup final against Manchester City on Sunday and a visit from Tottenham a few days later will be a much bigger test for Chelsea

Chelsea news: Omid Djalili has hilarious response to Blues defeat to Man Utd - Duration: 1:50.Chelsea have been on a poor run of form in recent weeks which has put Maurizio Sarri under pressure.
Defeats to Arsenal, Tottenham, Bournemouth and Manchester City have shattered the Italian's relationship with the fans.
And for many, the line was crossed after a loss to Manchester United at Stamford Bridge that saw them surrender their FA Cup defence.
In a lacklustre display in front of their own supporters, the Red Devils overrun the Blues.
Ander Herrera and Paul Pogba both scored against Blues, who had no answer.
And comedian and Chelsea fan Omid Djalili was not happy with the display, giving this hilarious response.
"I hate to say it because I wanted to believe in Sarriball," he told Goal.
"Now it feels like Chelsea are my best friend getting beaten up by teenage girls.
"Manchester United are not that good, but they found it easy against us.
"So many fans walked out during the United game. It was quite a landmark moment.
"I had never seen that before. I even wanted to get away quickly myself because I had a gig, but I couldn't get to my motorbike because so many supporters were leaving.
"As soon as [Davide] Zappacosta came on for Cesar Azpilicueta, with Hudson-Odoi and Olivier Giroud on the bench, I saw the stadium empty.
"I thought that was it for Maurizio Sarri; people were screaming.
"A lot of us still believed before that game. But we have hit a point of no return, unfortunately. We have lost faith.
"I think we should change. Before the League Cup final [against Manchester City on Sunday]. I am surprised he hasn't gone already."

Man City News - Bernardo Silva calls for Manchester City to keep winning trophies - Duration: 3:18.Bernardo Silva wants Manchester City to develop the habit of defending trophies year after year
City are bidding to retain the Carabao Cup as they face Chelsea at Wembley on Sunday, a feat they have never previously achieved in any competition
City are also hoping to win successive Premier League crowns and, with the Champions League and FA Cup in their sights, too, there could be more opportunities to go back to back next season
'That is one of our main goals - not only winning it once but to keep winning and winning,' said Silva, looking ahead to this weekend's showpiece event
'We know we have the squad to do that but our opponents are very strong and it won't be an easy job
We will do our best to try.'Silva is wary of the threat posed by Chelsea despite being part of the side that thrashed the Londoners 6-0 when they met at the Etihad Stadium less than a fortnight ago
The Portugal midfielder says that result will count for little at Wembley. The 24-year-old said: 'To be honest we should forget that match because it won't happen again
We are not expecting the same result.'We are playing against one of the best sides in the world, even though lately their results are not the best for them
BERNARDO SILVA'S RECORD THIS SEASON Premier League: 26 games, five goals, six assistsChampions League: Six games, two goalsFA Cup: One game, one goalCarabao Cup: One gameCommunity Shield: One gameTotal: 35 games, eight goals, seven assists 'Against those kinds of players you can never relax, and if you give them time to think, time to play and time to decide they will destroy you
So, we have to play with the same intensity and try to win another trophy.'City were given a reminder on Wednesday of how difficult opponents at the elite level can be
Pep Guardiola's men needed late goals from Leroy Sane and Raheem Sterling to snatch a dramatic 3-2 win over Schalke in the first leg of their Champions League last-16 tie in Germany
Silva said: 'I think we know how good the teams are in the Champions League.'When you play Champions League you know you are playing against the best teams, the best players and the best crowds, so we were not expecting an easy game and that's what happened
'We were very happy with the result and now we want to finish the job and go through to the quarter-finals

Royal news : Royal Wedding 2019: Why Lady Gabriella's wedding will be reminiscent of Meghan and Eug - Duration: 4:10.In April 2018, the Duchess of Cambridge gave birth to her third child, Prince Louis Arthur Charles
Less than a month later in May 2018, Meghan Markle and Prince Harry wed, followed five months later by Princess Eugenie's wedding to wine merchant Jack Brooksbank
Then also in October, Meghan and Harry announced they were expecting their first child, due in Spring of 2019
Now Lady Gabriella Windsor is due to marry her fiancé, businessman Thomas Kingston in Spring, in what will be another busy period for the royal family
A statement from Buckingham Palace read: "Prince and Princess Michael of Kent are delighted to announce the engagement of their daughter Lady Gabriella Windsor to Mr Thomas Kingston
" The wedding is due to take place in the spring of 2019, with no official date yet set
Also due in spring is Meghan and Harry's first child, with many royal fans eagerly awaiting news on Meghan's due date and the gender of her baby
Read More: Will Lady Gabriella Windsor wear TIARA for wedding - which one? Why will Lady Gabriella Windsor's wedding be reminiscent of Meghan Markle and Princess Eugenie's?All three royal weddings have a consistent theme - they all took or will take place at St George's Chapel
St George's Chapel is a church in the grounds of Windsor Castle and has seen many notable weddings including the union of Prince Charles and Camilla Parker Bowles in 2005
On May 19, 2018, Prince Harry and Meghan Markle were married at the chapel, in a star-studded ceremony which saw the most senior members of the royal family attend
Five months later on October 12, 2018, Princess Eugenie of York and Jack Brooksbank were wed at the same venue
Both Meghan and Eugenie's weddings were public affairs, broadcast live for millions around the world to witness, and followed by a procession around the town of Windsor
Members of the public were also invited into the grounds to witness both ceremonies, and the guests arriving
However, Lady Gabriella Windsor's wedding is to be a much more private affair, and will not be televised or a procession held
Whilst members of the royal family will be in attendance, it is unlikely that the Queen will attend
Lady Gabriella is not a working royal, however sometimes can be seen at larger family events, such as the Trooping the Colour parade
Lady Gabriella - known as Ella - and fiance Thomas Kingston got engaged in August when he proposed on the Isle of Sark, a small island in the English Channel, off the coast of Normandy
Similarly to Meghan and Harry's wedding, Lady Gabriella is said to be hosting her reception for close friends and family in Frogmore House, also in the grounds of Windsor Castle
Frogmore House is a 17th-century country house, and is not inhibited by any of the royal family but is used to host private and official events
-------------------------------------------
Royal news : Royal wedding 2019: Does Lady Gabriella Windsor have a royal title - what is it? - Duration: 2:50.Lady Gabriella Windsor will marry long-time beau Thomas Kingston at St George's Chapel
Windsor has a special meaning for Gabriella, as she spent most of her Christmas holidays there while she was growing up
Her reception will also take place at Frogmore House, where her grandparents the Duke and Duchess of Kent are buried
Does Lady Gabriella Windsor have a royal title? The 37-year-old's full name is Lady Gabriella Marina Alexandra Ophelia Windsor
She is the daughter of Prince and Princess Michael of Kent. Lady Gabriella is also 51st in line to the British Throne
Her father is the Queen's first cousin, which makes Gabriella her first cousin once removed
She is also a close relative of Prince William and Prince Harry. Her mother was born Baroness Marie Christine von Reibnitz
But when she married Prince Michael in 1978, she started using her husband's title
His title did not mean he could be called Princess Marie Christine, as she could only use that if she had been born royal
Similarly, the Duchess of Cambridge could go by Princess William but not Princess Catherine
Gabriella has an older brother called Lord Frederick, who tied the knot with Sophie Winkleman in 2009
The couple has two daughters called Maud, who goes to the same school as Prince George, and Isabella
She is not a working royal, but is sometimes seen on the Buckingham Palace Balcony with the rest of the royals for different events
She also doesn't have the same privileges as the other royals. The Queen did pay the rent of her apartment in Kensington Palace
But this was stopped in 2008, after members of Parliament demanded Prince and Princess Michael pay the full market-rate amount of £120,000

'Shocked' Shamima Begum says it's "unjust" she has lost UK citizenship - News Live - Duration: 4:43.Shamima Begum said it is 'unjust' for her to be stripped of her British citizenship
The Home Office has revoked the 19-year-old of her citizenship - however her family say they are currently considering all legal avenues
She told ITV News the decision by Home Secretary Sajid Javid was "a bit unjust on me and my son
" Shamima gave birth to a boy on Saturday and wishes to return to the UK to raise him, even though she faces likely prosecution
However those wishes were dealt a blow last night when it emerged the Home Office had written to her family in the UK saying that her UK citizenship had been revoked
The 19-year-old said she had not been informed of the decision as she received the letter
"I don't know what to say," she said. "I am not that shocked but I am a bit shocked
It's a bit upsetting and frustrating. "I feel like it's a bit unjust on me and my son
" She said she might explore potential citizenship through her husband - terrorist fighter Yago Riedijk who she wed three weeks after fleeing to Syria in 2015
He is currently being held in a separate camp in Syria and it is not known if he is aware of the birth of his son, who has been named Jarrah
Shamima told ITV News: "Another option I might try with my family is my husband is from Holland and he has family in Holland
"Maybe I can ask for citizenship in Holland. "If he gets sent back to prison in Holland I can just wait for him while he is in prison
" The copy of the Home Office letter handed to her said: "Please find enclosed papers that relate to a decision taken by the Home Secretary, to deprive your daughter, Shamima Begum, of her British citizenship
"In light of the circumstances of your daughter, the notice of the Home Secretary's decision has been served of file today (19th February), and the order removing her British citizenship has subsequently been made
" The brother-in-law of Shamima Begum, said he supports the decision to strip the schoolgirl of her UK citizenship
Muhammad Rahman, 36, said the British public should get behind the government revoking the 19-year-old's passport
Mr Rahman's brother is married to Shamima's sister Renu. He said: "I think we should support it, they [the government] are the people who are in the position to make the decision
"The people who are making these decisions are doing it for the country. "They don't have an easy job, you can't please everyone
"The information they have is to the best of their ability and the British people should support it
" On Monday the teenager insisted she was "not a threat" to the UK, despite having insisted she did not regret joining IS
"I'm a 19-year-old girl with a newborn baby," she said. "I don't have any weapons; I don't want to hurt anyone even if I did have weapons
" She was part of a trio of girls from Bethnal Green Academy to travel to the war-torn nation to support the terror group in February 2015
Her family's lawyer, Tasnime Akunjee, has said that the family were "very disappointed" over the move and that they were "considering all legal avenues to challenge this decision"
International law forbids nations from making people stateless by revoking their only citizenship, while government guidance from 2017 states that the Home Secretary has the power to order the deprivation if it would be "conducive to the public good", and as long as they are not left without any citizenship
However, her lawyer has told the Press Association that Ms Begum, who is of Bangladeshi heritage, was born in the UK, has never had a Bangladeshi passport and is not a dual citizen
has signalled she could be arrested and investigated if she returns to Britain
When Ms Begum left the UK, the then chief of counter-terror policing Sir Mark Rowley suggested that she might be treated as a victim of grooming
But on Tuesday Ms Dick said: "We're a long way down the road since then." Earlier, Mr Javid told the House of Commons he had the power of "stripping dangerous dual nationals" of their British citizenship, adding: "Over 100 people have already been deprived in this way
"
