Hello everyone, hope you are doing great

Today new video on our automotive youtube channel

Last video we presented the Rally Monte Carlo Historic

with the old cars, but today we are going to talk about a modern rally

as we are heading to Rally Sweden!

Second rally on the WRC calendar

Very exciting championship this year

with a lot of suspense as you may have seen during the Rally Monte Carlo

great finish!

I'm expecting the same thing to happen in Sweden

So, I have been on that rally many times since I'm based in Scandinavia it makes it easier

By the way if you would like to travel for the rally

You should know that the easiest might be to fly to Oslo (Norway)

Where we are today, in the Aker Brygge district

built on the Oslo fjord

That little boat we are not going to jump on it to go to the rally

Of course we will be driving

So the Rally Sweden is within 2,5h drive from Oslo

You get even closer when landing at the airport, about 30 min less to drive

Then you simply need to head to Torsby, where the service parc is located

Tonight we will be sleeping in Sunne, a bit further South, about half an hour drive from the parc

Not far away from Saturday afternoon stages

So pretty well-located

Talking about Saturday afternoon

here is our program for the weekend

I don't think you can see much here

But we will be going on the stage located southeast

3 or 4 stages this weekend and we will also go to the service parc

To watch the mechanics working between two stages

Hope you will like all of this, stay tuned and we talk soon

Saturday morning, we are about to leave that little cosy place

You can see behind me, we have rented a place in a little Swedish farm

Not far from the road so I could see this morning many spectators heading to the stages

We are at about 10-15 min drive form the first stage, many people going there

But we are still here, taking our time, slowly drinking our morning coffee

Everything looks pretty good, but I'm little concerned because of this ...

As you can see, not much snow here

I have almost never seen this before

So it worries me a little, we will see how the stages look

But first, we are going to the service park

Let's have a quick look around the service parc

before we try to approach a couple of drivers

First cars are on their way but in the meantime everything is super quiet

We continue the visit

Not so many people here in Scandinavia

so unlike the Rally Monte Carlo, you can really get close to some teams

it's also the reason I like this rally

Honestly, that was a really nice visit of Citroen Racing stand

I think it was the best museum I have ever visited

Unexpected visit, warm welcome with the gløgg, the little flag etc... well done, Citroen!

We are now heading to the first stage for us

We will be on Vargåsen 2, already driven once by the teams this morning

Leaving the service with a lot of mud here

It's really terrible here ...

So we have just arrived on the stage, Vargåsen 2, first one for us on this rally

as we spent quite some time at the service parc, we we re now going to see how it looks with some action

We have parked our car right next to the start line

There should be long straight lines going up

then I recall a nice corner on the right,so we are going to capture some nice videos

FYI if you are planning to come here, bear in mind it's quite expensive

for the parking and entering the stages

I think we paid 40 euros to park and access the stages today, so it can be quite expensive

We have paid 80 euros for 2 people today

But because we are total newbies

We have come to the only free sport of the rally ... well done ...

Most Scandinavian people are grilling sausages

But because we are French ....

We have brought the cooker and we are boiling some raviolis ... perfect!

Now guys I think you want to see some action, so Vargåsen 2 is now on!

Ending this stage now, tonight we will try to watch Torsby Sprint, a very short stage

But I heard it's very muddy, so we shall see ...

And we will be back on the stage tomorrow, see you!

Everyone know what he has to do

Not sure how they recruit their mechanics, maybe at the gym and they keep the one lifting the heaviest weight

They are not losing a second ...

You could not see very well, but they had the 4 car jacks with the pneumatic power wrench ready

On the sides you can see the wheel hubs with disks and calipers

So they do not simply replace the brakes but change the whole thing, totally different world here !

It's really exciting to see them working, everyone knows his role, very impressive

Sunday morning, back on the stages

We decided to skip the two early stages this morning

way too early for us

we are a bit acting like tourists this year I must admit

Now we are on the Power Stage

About one kilometer from the start, it might be nice

Pretty fast "S" followed by this long left curve

Behind me you can see we brought the flags as well

So, the Power Stage, very last stage of the Rally Sweden 2019

If you have followed the rally, Ott Tanak is far ahead with a 60 sec lead

But behind they are fighting for the 2nd, 3rd and 4th position

SO it's going to be interesting, time for action!

Rally Sweden as a spectator, great edition again this year

Fine victory for Ott Tanak, the championship will be very exciting, drivers are pushing hard

Se registra en Tlahuelilpan nueva fuga en ducto de Pemex - Duration: 2:38.

Hidalgo— Un mes y un día después de la tragedia ocurrida en la comunidad de San Primitivo, a causa del incendio de una toma clandestina destinada la extracción de hidrocarburo, en el municipio de Tlahuelilpan se registró una nueva fuga de combustible en un ducto de Petróleos Mexicanos(PEMEX)

Esta vez el incidente se reportó en la colonia Miravalle, en el paraje conocido como Los Chiqueros, a poco menos de dos kilómetros de la comunidad de San Primitivo, donde el 18 de enero pasado 131 personas perdieron la vida por un incendio en una toma de combustible

De acuerdo con los reportes, el chorro de hidrocarburo alcanzó los cinco metros de altura

El incidente se registró alrededor de las 19:00 horas de este martes, por lo que al sitio se desplazaron elementos de la Secretaría de la Defensa Nacional (Sedena)para resguardar la zona

Según reportes extraoficiales, casi una hora y media después de que se detectó, la fuga pudo ser controlada

A diferencia de lo ocurrido hace un mes, a la zona de la contingencia no se acercaron pobladores de comunidades aledañas

Esta es la segunda fuga de hidrocarburo que se presenta en Tlahuelilpan, desde el día de la tragedia

Antes, el 26 de enero, un incidente se presentó en la comunidad de Munitepec

Administración de Mancera maquilló cifras de delitos para hacer creer que el crimen estaba controlad - Duration: 3:10.

Tras un análisis de 42 mil 524 carpetas de investigación iniciadas entre enero y noviembre de 2018, se detectó que 29 mil 82 carpetas fueron clasificadas intencionalmente de manera errónea, como de bajo impacto

 México.- La titular de la Procuraduría General de Justicia de la Ciudad de México (PGJCDMX), Ernestina Godoy, dio a conocer que el 68 por ciento de las carpetas de investigación que se abrieron entre enero y fines de noviembre del año pasado, durante el gobierno de Miguel Ángel Mancera, fueron mal clasificadas con el objetivo de dar la impresión de que el crimen en la ciudad estaba controlado

 La PGJCDMX informó que tras realizar un análisis de 42 mil 524 carpetas de investigación iniciadas entre enero y noviembre de 2018, se detectó que 29 mil 82 carpetas fueron clasificadas intencionalmente de manera errónea, como de bajo impacto

 "Tenemos una primera conclusión de que tenían como límite aproximadamente 620 delitos de alto impacto semanales, era el ajuste que hacían, si había más lo ajustaban", indicó en conferencia Ernestina Godoy

 Según reportó el noticiero En Punto, de Televisa, las autoridades detectaron que ningún delito de robo de celular o cometido por menores de edad se clasificaba como delito de alto impacto aunque se cometiera con violencia

 Los reportes alterados así eran presentados en las estadísticas enviadas al Secretariado Ejecutivo del Sistema Nacional de Seguridad Pública, a la oficina de información pública y órganos no gubernamentales

 "De las mil 227 carpetas de investigación que revisamos de la Fiscalía, 82 carpetas deberían estar clasificadas como homicidios dolosos, sin embargo las registraron como delito de bajo impacto, por ejemplo pérdida de la vida por causas naturales o fortuitas […]

En cuanto a la Fiscalía de Robo de Vehículos, tienen un registro de 14 mil 349 carpetas […], de esas 3 mil 946 fueron registradas como otro delito […]

Las registraban como robo de objetos, robo de placas, este robo de autopartes y al revisar era robo de vehículo o bien lo registraban como robados en el Estado de México", expuso Ernestina Godoy

   La Fiscalía para Servidores Públicos de la PGJCDMX investigará si hay responsabilidad de algún ex funcionario, especialmente de César Martínez Jasso, quien era el director de Estadística y Política Criminal

 "Se informaba una cifra diferente, eso es hacerse tonto uno mismo […]. Era mostrar que había un promedio de delitos […] que estaba todo controlado, cuando no era así", aseveró la Procuradora capitalina

Saltillo— El Secretario de la Defensa Nacional, Luis Sandoval, aseguró que a 106 años de la creación del Ejército, esta institución es una aliada de la transformación para lograr la paz y el bienestar de los ciudadanos y militares

"Fechas como la de hoy nos hace entender el papel del Ejército. La ciudadanía requiere de sus soldados, nos obliga a estar en cualquier encomienda que se nos asigne, en varias tareas en beneficio para nuestro pueblo", dijo en el marco del Día del Ejército ante tropa de la Sexta Zona Militar

"Debemos promover la cohesión nacional basada en los respeto a los derechos humanos, somos un Ejército que da todo por la patria y un aliado de la transformación para lograr la paz y el bienestar social"

Ante el Presidente Andrés Manuel López Obrador y su Gabinete de Seguridad, Sandoval recordó que el Ejército nació para defender a la democracia, y respaldar las aspiraciones y objetivos nacionales

"Así se ha mantenido en 106 años y así seguirá. Un Ejército listo para los retos, en atención especial a la profesionalización constante, apertura a mujeres, contamos con 25 mil, un Ejército con transparencia y de rendición de cuentas", expuso

El General agradeció a López Obrador el apoyo a las Fuerzas Armadas mediante apoyos económicos, y de moral como el siguiente grado militar al momento del retiro

"Nos compromete a no fallarle al País, a usted y al pueblo de México. El Ejército es una institución fundamental para la democracia", añadió

A la ceremonia asisten además los secretarios de Seguridad y Protección Ciudadana y de Gobernación, Alfonso Durazo y Olga Sánchez, respectivamente

Además, el Secretario de Marina, Almirante Rafael Ojeda, y el Gobernador Miguel Riquelme

También la esposa de López Obrador, Beatriz Gutiérrez. En tanto, el Mandatario estatal agradeció a las Fuerzas Armadas la coordinación en materia de seguridad y ofreció su apoyo al proyecto de seguridad del Presidente, sin chantajes ni regateos

Recordó que entre 2011 y 2013, Coahuila, en especial zonas de La Laguna, Torreón y Saltillo, fue azotada por el crimen organizado

Refirió que existieron cientos de familias y de empresarios que salieron de la entidad

"Ya regresaron, están de vuelta, gracias a la seguridad y el clima de paz que impera, gracias a todos los elementos de las Fuerzas Armadas

Señor López Obrador, quiero reconocer los proyectos de seguridad para la transformación de México", dijo Riquelme

"Sumamos voluntades con su Gobierno, siempre vamos a estar en colaboración, para impedir el retorno del crimen organizado a nuestro territorio, hemos dado los primeros pasos con renovar las instituciones de seguridad, le manifiesto el firme apoyo a su Gobierno sin chantajes ni regateos en la construcción de la paz nacional"

El presidente colombiano, Iván Duque, estudia objetar algunos artículos de la ley estatutaria que reglamenta el funcionamiento de la Justicia Especial para la Paz (JEP), un organismo que comenzó a operar en marzo del año pasado y que es la columna vertebral del acuerdo de paz con las FARC

Así lo informó este lunes el alto comisionado para la Paz, Miguel Ceballos, quien afirmó a periodistas que el "Gobierno está analizando la posibilidad de unas objeciones" y no ahondó en detalles de lo que podría objetar el presidente Duque

El funcionario explicó "el presidente tiene unas prerrogativas que le confiere la Constitución y la ley y dentro de esas prerrogativas también tiene un plazo para analizar todas las implicaciones que se relacionan en este caso con la ley estatutaria"

Sectores políticos, la Fiscalía de Colombia, e incluso la misma JEP han expresado sus puntos de vista acerca de la conveniencia o no de que el jefe de Estado firme o no la ley estatutaria, decisión que debe conocerse, como máximo, el próximo 11 de marzo

La JEP es el componente de justicia del Sistema Integral de Verdad, Justicia, Reparación y no Repetición, creado por el acuerdo de paz entre el Gobierno colombiano y las FARC

Su principal función es administrar justicia transicional y conocer de los delitos cometidos en el marco del conflicto armado que se hubieran cometido antes del 1 de diciembre de 2016

La posición del Gobierno se conoce luego de que el fiscal de Colombia, Néstor Humberto Martínez, envió una carta al presidente Duque en la que expresó sus preocupaciones sobre la ley estatutaria

Martínez cuestionó que los reinsertados que sigan cometiendo delitos graves, como secuestro y narcotráfico, podrían seguir gozando de los beneficios de la jurisdicción especial

Ese marco jurídico, según el fiscal Martínez, también permitiría eximir de toda responsabilidad penal a quienes hayan cometido crímenes de guerra, delitos de lesa humanidad y graves violaciones a los derechos humanos y no sean considerados máximos responsables

"Señor presidente, tengo la certeza de que usted compartirá las preocupaciones de este despacho, en el propósito común de que la nación consolide una paz justa, legítima y duradera", concluyó el fiscal en una carta de nueve páginas

Sobre las preocupaciones expresadas por Martínez, la presidenta de la JEP, Patricia Linares, aseguró este martes que "lo que se está abriendo es un debate político, que ya se dio en el Congreso"

Al referirse a los temores expresados por el fiscal respecto de la eventual impunidad, Linares aseguró que "precisamente la Jurisdicción fue diseñada para garantizarles a las víctimas, al país y a la comunidad internacional que no habrá tal y que se sancionará a quienes hayan cometido crímenes de guerra y delitos de lesa humanidad en el marco del conflicto

Recordó que la JEP estudiará delitos cometidos antes del 1 de diciembre de 2016 y que en consecuencia "los delitos que se comentan después de esa fecha son de competencia de la jurisdicción ordinaria"

La JEP detalló que la sanción de la ley beneficiará a 9.691 desmovilizados de las FARC, 1

958 miembros de la fuerza pública y 39 agentes del Estado que hasta el momento se han sometido
