 Another friend described visiting Meghan and said: "We had a couple of days together recently

Her husband was out of town on work. In the room she made up for me, there was a candle lit by the bed, slippers, and a robe

 "We were the only two in the house. It was our time. She made the most lovely meals

She made tea every day. "It was raining and muddy outside, so the dogs got all dirty, and she's wiping them off with towels

How much she loves her animals, how much she loves her friends, how much she loves feeding you, taking care of you—none of that has changed

" Now an expert has claimed that the letter might have deepened the split in the Royal Family, as the palace "haven't been too understanding

" Royal expert Russell Myers told Christine Lampard, standing in for Lorraine Kelly on Lorraine this morning, said: "I understand the palace haven't been too understanding of the recent controversy, Meghan's friends getting involved and writing this puff piece in People magazine

" Speaking about the release of the letter, he said: "It's a bit unBritish really, very American

 "I think they (the Palace) caught a cold really. The palace didn't know about this piece coming out the american magazine

It's thought Meghan had a hand in it, giving her friends this information." On the split between Prince Harry and Prince William's offices within the royal household he said: "We have heard the two parties are splitting

 "Obviously they are moving in two different directions in their lives." Russell also spilled the beans on the release of a movie Meghan starred in during her twenties

 Mohamed Salah, Roberto Firmino and Sadio Mane all missed glaring chances at Anfield as the fabled Reds trio failed to lay a glove on Bayern

 Their poor collective performance means that the Reds will have to turn in a brilliant display in Germany if they are to reach the quarter-finals

   The performance of Mane, in particular, was atypically woeful. The Senegal international has been in electric form this season – scoring 13 goals in 32 games in all competitions

But he looked a shadow of that player against the Bundesliga giants, missing three glaring opportunities, including one horribly sliced effort that did not trouble Manuel Neuer despite him being unmarked in the penalty area

 Salah was quiet, his big opportunity coming in the 15th minute, as he prodded a weak volley into the arms of Bayern's goalkeeper, while Firmino really did little of note

   It is okay when one of those players fails to perform because the expectation is that another will step up and grab the game by the scruff of the neck

When the entire trio flops, however, there is really nothing Liverpool can do about it

 Of course, Jurgen Klopp could have introduced Xherdan Shaqiri, the Swiss winger who has shown flashes of brilliance this season

He has scored six goals in the Premier League but there was no trust placed in him by his manager on Tuesday evening

 Divock Origi, who has scored one goal in five Premier League games, was introduced for Firmino instead on the 75th minute

   The lack of depth is astounding for a team fighting on two fronts.  Liverpool want to win both the Premier League and the Champions League and they have the chance to do both

They are level on points with Manchester City domestically and they are hardly out of this tie against Bayern

 But if an injury should befall that trio, they are surely in trouble.  Is Neymar set for a shock return to Barcelona? Messi and Suarez try and convince him in the hilarious new video from 442oons above…    Sporting Director Michael Edwards is regularly cited as a major reason behind the Reds' success in the transfer market, with the signings of Virgil van Dijk and Alisson helping to craft the team into winners

 But he has failed to add genuine depth to the club's attack. Of course, the club must be commended for bringing in Mane, Salah and Firmino and for helping them forge a genuinely frightening partnership

 But the reserves are not up to scratch. Take a look across Europe at the top sides and there is always an option from the bench

City cannot decide between Sergio Aguero and Gabriel Jesus up front. Barcelona have both Philippe Coutinho, formerly of the Reds, and Ousmane Dembele battling for the role on the left flank

Alexis Sanchez cannot get into the Manchester United team. Tottenham Hotspur have not lost a single Premier League game during the last month, with both Harry Kane and Dele Alli injured

   Liverpool cannot boast that same breadth of quality.  Introducing one of Origi, Shaqiri or Daniel Sturridge into that front three for Liverpool diminishes its threat significantly, and it appears to be the one thing that Edwards has failed Klopp on

 Of course, it is remarkably difficult to convince a player to join a team and make do with being a substitute but there are surely better options out there than the ones currently on the Anfield bench

 As the season progresses, fatigue will take hold. Liverpool just have to pray that their fabled front three stay fit and do not undergo another collective dip in form that seemed to grip them against Bayern

 Otherwise, Klopp's dreams of tasting glory both at home and abroad could start to fall apart, through no fault of his own

 "They're a good side, Wolves," he added. "Very well organised and they've got a lot of players with a lot of ability that can unlock games

 A large family syndicate has come forward to claim the £153 million EuroMillions jackpot

 The six sisters and brothers are said to meet every week to play the Lotto - and finally hit it big last night

  One of the winners of the EuroMillions jackpot kept the golden ticket in an Argos catalogue under their mattress

 The winning ticket was sold at Reilly's Daybreak newsagents in The Naul, County Dublin, is the largest in the country's history

 Ireland's National Lottery confirmed today the family had come forward and deposited the winning ticket with them for safe keeping

 Arrangements are now being made for the prize claim to be paid out in the next few weeks

 And it is the second time fortune has hit the family after a sister of one of the winners scooped over IR£600,000 years ago in the National Lottery

 A family spokesman said: "This is unbelievable. It will take us some time to get our heads around this win and to organise ourselves

"  The spokesman, who is married to one of the syndicate, added: "We are a very close family

 "We meet every week and we take holidays together every year.  "This is a dream come true for us

We don't want this to change our lives.  "What is so exciting is that we will be able to share this money with children, grandchildren and extended family members

"  One of the syndicate members said she realised the family's good fortune when she checked the winning ticket on Tuesday night after the numbers were drawn

 She said: "I heard on the RTE news that there was a win in Ireland and I caught the last three numbers

I checked the rest of the numbers online. I was numb.  "It took a bit of convincing everybody that we had won

"  She said she put the winning ticket in an Argos catalogue and put it under her mattress overnight for safekeeping until the family deposited the ticket

 "I didn't sleep a wink all night," she said.  The family from The Naul have lived in the area for two generations

 Most of the members of the syndicate are retired and are looking forward to having time to enjoy their winnings

 The family spokesman also said: "We know this is a huge story and there is great excitement over this win

 "We need time to let this news sink in and to prepare to collect our winnings.  "We are a normal family and we don't want this to dramatically change our lives

"  The winning numbers were 1, 8, 18, 19 and 39. The Lucky Stars were 7 and 9. Five other tickets won £275,601

 This maximum jackpot has only been won three times over the history of the game

EuroMillions is played in nine countries.

'Later on Wednesday, Khedira, who had trained as normal with his team-mates on Monday and Tuesday, took to social media to confirm that the treatment had gone well

'I've had a successful interventional therapy today in the morning with an ablation of an arrhythmogenic atrial focus,' he tweeted that evening

'Everything went perfectly well and I will be able to get back to work after a short rest

 But four Premier League wins on the bounce has kept them in the title mix, which is something that Shearer believes can't be overlooked

 "It is a little disrespectful that not many people are talking about Tottenham as potential Premier League winners, because they are in the title race - and they have shown they are not going away," he told the BBC

 "It was typical really that, on a day where Manchester City were sensational and made the headlines with the way they demolished Chelsea to go back above Liverpool at the top of the table, Spurs ground out another unspectacular victory

 "Mauricio Pochettino's side have done something similar in each of their past four league games, but it is actually very impressive that they keep getting results when none of those performances have been particularly great

" Tottenham beat Leicester in unconvincing but satisfactory fashion on Sunday evening, with proceedings only wrapped up by a late Heung-Min Son goal to make it 3-1

 The Foxes gave a good account of themselves at Wembley and could've come away with something more, had Jamie Vardy not missed a crucial penalty that would've levelled the game for his side

 But Shearer believes Spurs can't be so complacent against bigger teams, and has hinted that Borussia Dortmund could hurt them in their Champions League clash on Wednesday if they continue the way they are

 "If that happens again in Wednesday's Champions League tie against Borussia Dortmund, Spurs are going to be in trouble because I think they will get punished," the Premier League's all-time leading goalscorer said

 "But, on this occasion, they not only survived, they found a way to win." Shearer, however, doesn't believe Spurs can win the race for Premier League glory

 "Ultimately, I still don't think Spurs will come out on top, but with three months of the season to go, they definitely still have a chance and you cannot discount them," he said

Liverpool news: I want Man City to 'lose next five games' - John Barnes makes title claim - Duration: 3:09.

 Manchester City returned to the top of the Premier League table on Sunday with a 6-0 demolition of Chelsea

 They are ahead of second-placed Liverpool on goal difference but the Reds do have a game in hand

 Liverpool were seven points clear of City ahead of their clash at the Etihad back on January 3

 Barnes says his former side would have won the league if they won that match, but City ran out 2-1 winners

 Manchester City have won their last three matches, with victories over Arsenal and Everton before the Chelsea rout

 Barnes says Liverpool must focus on their own job but admits he would like a slump in City's form as well

 "I'm not worried about the form City are in because we can do nothing about that," Barnes told Sky Sports News

 "I would like to hope that City lose the next five games but it's not going to happen and I'm not concerned about City

 "Had we beaten City to go 10 points clear I would have said we would have won the league

 "When we lost that game, I still made City favourites. "As much as we're doing really well and the fans and some of my friends are getting excited, I said 'well listen, when you come to February, March, and you look at the size of the squads, City have got a bigger squad if people lose form, people get injured'

 "But we are still there, we can still go three points ahead of them if we win our game in hand

 "I still make City favourites to win the league but I think we will push them all the way and of course Liverpool can win the league

 "I didn't get carried away when we were going to be 10 points clear and now I'm not going to get despondent like a lot of Liverpool fans because now City are on a rise and they think that we're stuttering

 "We're not, we're still winning games, we're doing well. "So it's going to all go down to the wire

" Liverpool are now not in league action again until February 24 when they visit rivals Manchester United

 City host West Ham three days later following the Carabao Cup final against Chelsea on the same day
