We're heading full speed into this week's update where the main focus is on racing!
First up, we've got two incredible racing sets!
One in blue, and one in green!
To rock one of these sets you must've reached level 9!
All items except for the glasses can be found in the clothes shop in Jorvik City Mall!
The matching glasses can be found in the eye wear stand in Fort Pinta.
For those who love to be matching from head to hoof there are of course matching tack
sets to both of these outfits!
The tack sets are available in the tack shop in Jorvik City Mall!
You can get a set of your own when you've reached level 9!
But those are not all the news in the mall!
Five new bridle ribbons and five tail ribbons can be found in the decorations shop in the Mall!
Racing is serious business and we think that everyone should be able to find a look they
like while still having great gear!
That's why this week pants with +4 in Riding will be maxed to +5.
This means that all of you racers of Jorvik will have about this many more pants to choose
from when you gear up for a race!
That's a load of pants!
That's a whole bunch of heap of pants!
Today the team has also tweaked the race rankings a little more!
Before, when you finished a race you used to get a popup telling you about your medal-time
but from now on you will only get this popup whenever you earn a new medal.
This means that if you earn a gold medal, you will not get this popup anymore (in that race)
The medal above the score boards have been changed into smaller icons that are more
resembling of the quest icons!
It will also from now on be the same color all the time instead of showing which medal
you've earned in a race.
Another thing we've changed is that the medals will now disappear above the score boards
when you enter photo mode!We've also noticed that some of the races were too tough to finish,
so in some of the races that were proven to be too difficult the medal time has changed!
today we also wanted to talk a little about internet security!
Yes! sometimes people might tell you that they have different "hacks" that might grant
you different advantages in the game like, let's say free Star Coins.
These "hacks" are scams!
If someone is telling you that they can get you stuff in the game, like Star Coins for
example, and in exchange they're asking for your name or for your phone number or your
login they're most probably trying to trick you!
If something seems too good to be true it probably is!
Whenever anyone asks you for private information like anything mentioned on your screen RIGHT NOW
make sure to immediately block them and report them!
Remember to never ever write your personal information such as the things that were just
on the screen in comments on social media or even in messages to friends!
Always keep your information secret and safe!
Remember to change your password on a regular basis and when you make a new one use both
upper case and lower case letters as well as numbers so it's really tricky!
