Fellaini signed a new two-year deal worth £100,000 a week after flirting with the possibility of moving on

Mourinho had always wanted him to stay at Manchester United and is delighted he is signing on for two more years

And Fellaini revealed a special thank you for Mourinho when writing on Twitter. "I am pleased to be continuing my journey as a Manchester United player," Fellaini wrote on Twitter

"I made this decision because I am very happy here. "Also, I feel like this team, under Jose, still has a lot we want to achieve

"I would like to say a special thank you to Jose for the faith he has always shown in me

"My focus now is on the World Cup but I am looking forward to a successful season ahead

" Fellaini joined United from Everton in 2013 and has scored 20 goals in 156 appearances, winning the FA Cup, League Cup and Europa League during his time at Old Trafford

The 30-year-old started as Belgium beat England at the World Cup on Thursday, after which he reiterated that news about his future was imminent

The contract is a boost for Mourinho, who has been desperate to keep Fellaini at Old Trafford

The United boss defended Fellaini when jeered by his own supporters in December 2016 and has relied heavily on the Belgian during his two seasons in charge

"I am very happy Marouane is staying with us," Mourinho told the club's official website

"I always believed in his desire to stay with the club and I am delighted that he has signed a new contract

" The decision has enabled Mourinho to shelve plans to sign another midfielder following the arrival of Fred or £53m

Mourinho can spend more of his budget on a centre-back and a forward and is also looking for a new left-back

Listener story from Cambodia

On Saturday the 9th of June, FEBA Radio South Africa, hosted their annual donor event in

Pretoria at a local church.

FEBC staff testified about what God is doing in the hearts of many Yow Muslims who are

accepting the Gospel on a daily basis, in Mozambique.

The security threat surrounding FEBC's radio station in Mozambique is worsening.

Radical Islamic militias have continued their acts of violence, killing numerous people

over the past two weeks in villages near the station.

In addition, two weeks ago, two of our broadcasters were arrested by government forces.

Staff at FEBC Thailand recently shared the testimonies of two women who have been impacted

by their radio ministry: Mrs. Pon and Mrs. Gin-Tahna.

You can read their stories by going to febc.org/news.

Recently, FEBC Thailand updated their new Android app to include radio programming in

16 ethnic languages.

This advancement is crucial for effectively sharing the Gospel in countries like Thailand

that are made up of numerous ethnic and regional dialects, allowing anyone with a cell phone

to access our content in their heart language.

We're encouraged every day by the stories we hear from our listeners.

Here's this month's inspiring audio testimony from a listener in Cambodia

Breaking News - Antoine Griezmann wants to finish his career in MLS - Duration: 4:00.

Antoine Griezmann has already mapped out his ideal career trajectory - and he wants to end his playing days in America

The 27-year-old hit the headlines earlier this summer after publicly rejecting a move to Barcelona and committing his future to Atletico Madrid until 2023

And it appears the Frenchman has a meticulous plan for where he sees himself ending up by that point in five years

He wants to make a permanent move stateside after winning the two biggest prizes in football - the World Cup and the Champions League

'World champion, win a Champions League and then I can go and quietly play in the USA

That's my ideal itinerary. It's not bad, is it?' he told Le Figaro. 'If the plan goes like that, I'd sign for that now

I don't know at which age I want to play in MLS, it'll all depend on the trophies I'll have won beforehand

When I'm nearer 32 or 33, I want to be there.' For the moment he is targeting getting his hands on Jules Rimet ahead of France's last-16 World Cup tie with Argentina on Saturday

'Frankly, winning that competition with your country is the best thing possible

I want to finish my career with that trophy in my cabinet,' he said. 'It'll perhaps be this time, or the one after in Qatar

But I don't want to finish my life as a footballer without that title among my honours

I think about it very often. It's an obsession.' Griezmann will be 31 by the time the World Cup in Qatar rolls around in 2022, and Russia this summer could represent his best chance

But he also wants to claim an Olympic gold on home soil, when Paris hosts the summer games in 2024

'I would really like that, and that could be a dream. I experienced the Euros in France and it was the ultimate blast,' said Griezmann, part of the Les Bleus' squad that finished runners-up at Euro 2016

'To experience that in 2024 at the Paris Games, I'd sign up for that now. It would be magnificent

Honestly, it could be one of the objectives for the end of my career.'

Newsroom gunman barricaded door so no one could exit: prosecutor - Daily News - Duration: 2:51.

The suspect in the deadly shooting at The Capital Gazette in Annapolis, Md., barricaded the newspaper's exit door so employees couldn't escape, a prosecutor said Friday

Wes Adams said there were two entrances to the office and that Jarrod Ramos entered through the front door and "worked his way through the office

"  One victim who tried to escape through the back door was shot, he added.  Meanwhile, Ramos, 38, was denied bail Friday during an appearance via video link from a detention facility

Judge Thomas Pryal ordered Ramos, from Laurel, 25 miles west of Annapolis, held without bond on five counts of first-degree murder

Anne Arundel County police Chief Tim Altomare told reporters during a news briefing that Ramos about a year ago legally bought the 20-gauge pump-action shotgun used to kill the five newspaper staffers

Investigators also found the suspect's car near the scene of the massacre and conducted a search warrant search of his home, where they uncovered evidence he had planned the attack, he said

"The fellow was there to kill as many people as he could kill," Altomare said without providing details about what evidence was found

Altomare noted that investigators did not uncover a written manifesto by Ramos, who has not been cooperating with authorities

The police chief said the suspect had a history with county police and had made threats online in 2013

A detective spoke with legal counsel for The Capital Gazette and several of its staffers at the time, Altomare said, but the newspaper didn't wish to pursue criminal charges over "a fear that doing so would exacerbate an already flammable situation

"  Altomare also said during the news conference that it is "absolutely untrue" that Ramos – who was identified using facial-recognition technology — had mutilated his fingertips

Earlier reports said he had damaged the tips of his fingers in an apparent attempt to thwart efforts by authorities to identify him by his fingerprints

Altomare also said that newspaper employees Rachel Pacella and Janet Cooley had been treated at a hospital and released after being injured in the attack
