That is the opinion of legendary Manchester United and England defender Rio Ferdinand

Pogba has criticised Jose Mourinho's tactics on a couple of occasions already this season

Following the 1-1 draw with Wolves last Saturday, the Frenchman questioned why United were not set up with more attacking intent for the clash at Old Trafford

Those comments have seemingly led to Pogba being stripped of the vice-captaincy this week

Then video footage showed an apparent confrontation between Pogba and Mourinho in training on Wednesday

But Ferdinand does not think Pogba deserves all the flak he has got from his manager and reckons he is voicing the opinion of others in the squad

He said on BT Sport: "I think he's doing it as a spokesperson for his team. I don't think it is just him

"I don't think things like this should get out. "The things that we saw during the week on the cameras at the training ground, I don't think that should happen

The manager knows the cameras are there. "I don't think Paul Pogba is on his own if he's voicing these type of things

"I think there's a group behind him. I don't think there's just him. "I think the manager, what he's paid to do is be a manager and dictate to these players and make sure he rules from the top

" BT presenter Jake Humphrey then asked the Manchester United hero to confirm what he meant

"Are you saying Paul is maybe being a mouthpiece for other players in the squad as well?" Humphrey said

"And therefore he's getting the raff from Jose?" Ferdinand replied: "I would lean towards that myself, yeah

" Pogba started for United in their Premier League trip to West Ham this afternoon

Marko Arnautovic returns "100 per cent fit" today against Manchester United with boss Manuel Pellegrini warning that he's still not hit his peak

Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho ran the rule over the 29-year-old during the summer but he stayed at the London Stadium

Arnautovic's season has got off to a flying start - he has three goals in five appearances this season - and he has the chance to prove just how good he is to Mourinho this afternoon

Hammers manager Pellegrini said: "Marko at the moment has not yet reached what he is able to do

"For different reasons because he has a special personality, but this year I see him working hard

"I didn't work with him before, but he is conscious at this moment that he can be more and I am confident he can be more

"I don't want to compare him with any top strikers, every player is different and has different moments, but this is the moment for Marko to demonstrate he is a top player

"He played on the left wing at Stoke, but he always arrived in the box. I remember one of the best games I saw of him was against Manchester City

He can play in the three front positions."  West Ham lost their first four games of the season but now the Irons have clicked into gear

They won at Everton, held Chelsea to a goalless draw before smashing eight past Macclesfield in the Carabao Cup
