If you want to lose weight this might not be the video for you. Healthy and tasteless food is not welcomed.

Consult a vegan nutricionist if you want lose weight. But I don't like to lose so I keep eating.

1 cup of fresh coconut meat

4 cups of water

Blend for two minutes.

Strain it with a cheesecloth.

Add vanilla extract, sugar and salt to taste.
