Waching daily Jan 29 2017

Hey guys for Complex News, I'm Natasha Martinez.

This story serves two purposes... if you're not a Justin Bieber fan, you're welcome, and

if you are, I'm sorry.

The pretty boy pop star got completely crushed on the ice at the NHL All-Star Celebrity Shootout

this weekend.

Everything was in good fun, but still this has got to hurt.

6' 6" NHL star Chris Pronger decided to get up close and personal with Bieber during his

turn on the ice.

Apparently Bieber did pretty well on the ice, he scored a few goals as the clock was timing

out, but he did miss two penalty shots.

After the game was over he called it one of the highlights of his life.

Cuba Gooding Jr., who was also playing had this to say,

"Twenty-five shots later, thank God he made it.

I was shocked at how good the kid can play.

He really has nice skills, and he's a real sweet kid, too."

It's been a while since anyone has described Bieber as a kid since his breakout days.

For the most part people hate on him, but it's nice to see him be a good sport and enjoy

the game.

Alleged Trump Leaks Paint a Bored, Moody Commander in Chief - Duration: 2:01.

For Complex News, I'm Hanuman Welch.

In the wake of Trump's first full week in office here's a quick recap of what's gone

down: Trump has signed an executive order blocking refugees from war-torn countries

from entering the US and ordered construction to begin on the Mexican border wall, he signed

an executive order aimed at rolling back Obamacare, and announced plans to investigate what he's

imagining as millions of illegal voters who took to the polls this past November

It's been a long week.

The Washington Post ran a story profiling just how incredibly bored and un-interested

trump seems to be with actually running the country.

Politico source said aides have to "push back privately" against Trump's "worst impulses,"

including anger-promoting TV:

"He gets bored and likes to watch TV, this person said, so it is important to minimize

that."

and according to the same source:

"People close to him don't like saying no but that it has to be done. You can't do it

in front of everyone.

He's never going to admit he's wrong in front of everyone.

You have to pull him aside and tell him why he's wrong, and then you can get him to go

along with you.

These people don't know how to get him to do what they need him to do."

According to Douglas Brinkley, a presidential historian,

"The truth of the matter is he had a successful inauguration with a respectful crowd.

The transition of power went off without a hitch.

His supporters were amiable by and large.

But then he can never let go and stop watching cable TV.

Now he's off to the worst start of a presidency in a very long time."

It also turns out that tweets are contributing to the president's allegedly fragile emotional

state again from the New York Times

"Mr. Trump grew increasingly angry on Inauguration Day after reading a series of Twitter messages

pointing out that the size of his inaugural crowd did not rival that of Mr. Obama's in

2009.

But he spent his Friday night in a whirlwind of celebration and affirmation.

When he awoke on Saturday morning, after his first night in the Executive Mansion, the

glow was gone, several people close to him said, and the new president was filled anew

with a sense of injury."

We're only a week into Trump's presidency and we're all in uncharted waters.
