Blink forcefully 5 times with the lower eyelids and hold on for 2 seconds.

Repeat the movement 10 times.

You should feel the beat of the orbicular muscles under your fingers, at the inner and outer corners of eye.

Keep the lower of face and jaw well relaxed, just like the forehead.

Another 2 movements :)

Place your index fingers on the outer corner of eyes and your middle fingers on the inner corner.

Look toward the top of the skull and blink firmly with the lower eyelids.

Repeat 5 times.

Hold on contraction for 2 seconds while keeping your upper eyelids motionless then release.

At the 5th blink, hold on the contraction while keeping your upper eyelids still.

Count up to 30.

You should feel the beat of the orbicular muscles under your fingers, at the inner and outer corners of eye.

Contract the lower eyelids firmly.

Release then repeat the movement.

Blink 5 times with the lower eyelids.

At the 5th blink, hold on the contraction and count to 20.

You should feel the beat of the orbicular muscles under your fingers, at the inner and outer corners of eye.

Exert a pressure downward with your fingers and push your eyebrows upward.

Repeat 10 times.

Hold on contraction one second then release.

At the 10th movement, hold on your eyebrows upward

and do small moves with the eyebrows toward the forehead.

Maintain a firm pressure downward of forehead with your fingers.

Hold on the small movements for 20 seconds.

You should feel a warmth feeling, proof that the muscle is working properly.

Hold on your eyebrows in the up position while keeping the pressure of your index fingers downward,

and count up to 30.
