Eliminates under the eye bags, refine the nose and redefine the contour of the lips in 3 'per day

Place your middle fingers in contact above the bridge of the nose and your index fingers on the outer corner of the eye.

Direct your gaze to the top of the head.

Blink forcefully with the lower and upper eyelids for 2 seconds then release.

Repeat 15 times.

Your index fingers must withstand the pressure of the muscles to increase the efficiency of the movement.

5 movements left :)

Stretch your upper lip under your teeth and slightly pinch your nostrils between the thumb and the forefinger.

Inhale through the nose by dilating your nostrils and trying to push back your index finger and your thumb outward.

Repeat the movement 35 times.

It is your nostrils that make your fingers move.

Hold on contraction for 1 second then release.

Focus on the dilating movement of the nostrils at each inspiration.

Another 20 movements :)

Keep the lips plated against the teeth, inside the mouth.

Focus on the dilating movement of the nostrils at each inspiration.

The last 5 movements!

Press your lips together line against line, without tightening your teeth.

Stretch your nostrils down by aspiring your upper lip under your teeth.

Hold on the contraction and count to 40.

Gently tap your lips from up to down when you feel a warmth feeling.

This sensation is due to the muscular work, tap gently to soothe the heat between your lips.

Keep on stretching your nostrils downward and your lips pressed line against line.

Another 20 seconds :)

Your teeth should not touch each other; keep the jaw relaxed.

Release by blowing through your lips.

Repeat the movement quickly 40 times.

The index fingers are put in motion by corners of lips.

Your teeth should not touch each other; keep the jaw relaxed.

The index fingers exert a slight pressure on the corners of lips to increase the efficiency of the movement.

At the 40th movement, hold on the contraction of the corners of lips upward and count to 30.

Keep the corners of lips firmly aspirated inside the mouth.

Release by blowing through your lips.

Open the mouth in oval and stretch your lips to cover the teeth.

Smile with the corners of lips and count to 20.

Stretch your smile by pushing as much as possible the corners of lips upward.

Keep the center of the upper lip as low as possible to properly stretch the naso-labial levator.

3 seconds left!

Release by blowing through your lips.

Redo the movement by stretching your smile as far as possible without discovering the teeth.

Keep the upper lip as low as you can and stretch the corners of the lips as far as possible.

Another 5 seconds :)

Release by blowing through your lips.

Lips closed, smile as much as you can without discovering the teeth.

Place the hand flat on the base of your neck and then firmly stretch the skin toward the chest.

Slowly tilt your head back and direct your gaze toward the top of skull.

Remove the hand from your neck and count to 3.

Return to the initial position and repeat the movement 15 times.

Direct your gaze to the top of your head when you are toppling your head back.

Keep lips stretched into a wide smile for the whole duration of movement.

You should feel the muscle that raises up toward the chin and gains in density.

Keep your forehead and whole face relaxed.

Keep the lips stretched in a wide smile, without discovering the teeth.

Hold on the skin at the basis of neck when you tilt the head back.

You should feel the muscle that raises up toward the chin and gains in density.

Keep the lips stretched in a wide smile, without discovering the teeth.

and it's a pattern that was extracted from the "pandeiro".

On guitar we are always using patterns that are derived from percussion instruments

this "pandeiro" groove is called "Partido Alto"

On guitar we can do like this:

and this is the groove that João Bosco uses to play the song "Incompatibilidade de genios"

The index fingers do not move, but are put in motion by zygomatic muscles.

Remember to keep your upper lip stretched on the teeth.

Stretch the corners of the lips toward the ears as far as possible at each movement.

10 movements left :)

Imagine a point in the middle of your upper lip, and another in the center of your lower lip.

Open your mouth by drawing an oval while stretching your upper lip on the teeth.

Close your eyes and direct your gaze toward the top of the skull.

Open your eyes and blink 6 times rapidly with the upper eyelids.

Repeat 3 times.

Try to keep a gap as wide as possible between your lips.

Release and repeat the movement.

Open the mouth in a wide oval.

The eyes always look towards the top of skull.

Last movement :)

Make the pout pressing your lips one against each other and aspirate the corners of lips inside the cheeks.

Place your index finger in the middle of your lips and move it away slowly,

as if you were holding a pencil between your tight lips.

Your teeth should not touch each other.

Hold on the contraction until you experienced a slight feeling of warmth between your lips.

When you feel this heat, gently tap your lips from up and down

and count up to 35.

Keep the commissures aspirated inside the cheeks.

10 seconds left :)

Release by blowing through your lips.

Hold on contraction and count up to 10.

Release by blowing between your lips.

Open the mouth while pressing your lips against the teeth.

Place an index finger on the chin and exert a slight pressure downward.

Open the jaw in a slow, deep motion,

then close the jaw by raising the chin a few centimeters.

Repeat 10 times.

The movement should start from the corner of lips to make the muscle work in depth.

Keep the lips firmly pressed against the teeth.

Stretch the corners of the lips toward the ears at each movement.

Another 3 movements :)

At the 10th movement, hold on the chin upward and the jaw closed, and count to 10.

Hold on the contraction by stretching the corners of lips outward of face.

Release by blowing through your tighten lips.
