- Duration: 7:01.

I will make a delicious refreshment.

Wow. How tasty.

Take a look at this fruit.

How do you call it in your country ?

It is an exotic fruit.

Very delicious.

And when I was in Nicragua.

I used to eat this fruit everyday.

I ate it in breakfast.

In the evening.

Guanabanas. Delicious

And if you have a tree.

You are blessed by nature.

By God.

Because having a Soursop tree is a fantastic thing.

And by the mornings.

I used to cut one of this fruit.

To enjoy it.

With my wife.

With my family.

How delicious they are.

Have you ever eaten soursop ?

Then you should telle me if you have done so.

But if you have never eaten one, you are missing a delicacy.

Soursop is good because it has lots of good nutrients

That our body needs.

It is very famous.

And sometimes it is sold here in the United States.

And it is very expensive because it is imported from other countries.

To make the refreshment.

I bought another Soursop.

It has to be ripe.

Soft.

And this one that I bought

I think I paid two dollars.

It had many seeds.

But does not matter.

You give it a rinse.

You take it home.

You cut it.

And we have to remove the seeds.

To make the refresement.

Those are the seeds.

We will remove the middle part.

We have to remove all the white part.

Sometimes we call it the meat.

But it is fiber.

It is delicious.

It helps to cleanse your colon.

It gives you lots of vitamins.

It helps to prevent cancerous diseases.

You are going to excuse me.

I will take a bite.

I will not waste that.

The skin, you get rid of it or give to your pigs.

And it took me time to remove the seeds.

But you have patience.

To make this refresement.

You can also press like this.

And the seeds begin to come out.

Look how easy it is to do that.

Some of these fruits have lots of seeds while other do not.

You can dry the seeds.

And then plant them in your patio.

And thus, you will never buy Soursops every again.

There are some people that when they go to other coountries.

And look at this fruit.

Fall in love with it.

Of the taste.

It is a sensational taste.

But like I told you.

I Used to eat it everyday.

There we have all the seeds.

we will dry them and give them away or plant them.

And people told me.

you know what., here in Nicaragua, we make a

You should try it.

Then I said. We will see.

And that is why I decided to make a refreshment.

Which I have never tasted in my life.

Never tasted.

We removed all the seeds.

And there it is.

That is the white meat.

delicious.

The fibers.

which will make us feel very well.

In a blender.

We commence to put.

And then add some water.

Here we will see.

Since it is a lot.

we have to do part by part.

You can use any type of blender.

We add water.

You can also add milk.

Cow milk.

Almond milk.

Soy milk.

Whatever you want.

We will blend.

It is as if we are making milk of fruit.

We will close it very well.

And use this little machine.

You commence to blend everything very well.

I had a great time in my country.

eating delicious fruits.

Everyday.

That is the best breakfast.

To eat healthy.

But once in a while we make a refreshment.

Like this one.

And in a pitcher, we will pour it.

It is thick.

We will add water.

Little by little.

If you want it with milk.

Make it with milk.

Then you blend the other part.

Add sugar at your taste.

I added half cup of sugar.

A little bit of salt.

You can add vanilla extract.

If you want.

Then you will mix it very well.

It is a wonderful refreshment.

Maybe you make it in your country.

And maybe you have tasted it.

But I would like to know if you make it.

I imagine that this fruit exist in many Latin American Countries.

Keep it inside the refrigerator.

It has to be very cold.

You can add ice and then serve it.

And how delicious it is.

It is refresh.

There it is the Soursop.

I like to eat it when I travel to Nicaragua.

That is the Grandfather of my wife ( Don Juan)

He began to plant Soursops trees.

Because we bought three trees.

And in our patio.

We planted.

Maybe in two years.

We will have soursops.

The trees cost one dollar.

It is best to buy the little tree.

Big

Because of we do it from a seed.

It will take an eternity.

We bought three trees.

And Thanks to Don Juan.

He enjoys to plant.

And anything he plants, it always grow.

The plants needs water from time to time.

And God Willing in the future.

We will have our trees..

Soursops trees.

That is the best we can do.

Help nature and our planet.

God bless all of you.

And I hope one day you enjoy this delicious fruit

Which I like a lot.

And you can eat as breakfast.

And share it with your children.

Good Bye.

Sowee, developed by EDF's new subsidiary, is the first connected home station.

It is paired with a mobile app to manage your gas heating and energy use.

When Marion left for work this morning, there was a spring in her step.

Before heading out, she went over to her Sowee station,

which is directly linked to her gas boiler through smart sensors, and set the heating to the exact temperature she wanted.

As the weather warmed up during the day, she decided to dial down her heating by 1.5 degrees.

And she can do all that wherever she is, using the remote-control app on her smartphone.

Marion uses the instant updates from Sowee to balance her comfort level and budget.

When she sets her "ideal" heating budget for the month,

Sowee tells her when she might want to adjust her indoor temperature to keep her heating bill at that level.

When she sets her home temperature for each day and time of day,

the app tells her how much it will cost to keep her home at that temperature.

And, in both cases, she chooses what she wants to do.

Sowee will also keep track of her energy consumption over time,

so that she can compare it year after year and make even smarter decisions.

It is more than a connected station and an app to adjust your heating,

anywhere and anytime, to the exact temperature you want or exact amount you want to pay.

It also includes a wide range of features to make your home cosier.

An air quality feature that calculates the CO2 and humidity levels in each room,

to make sure you enjoy unparalleled comfort at home.

Real-time weather forecasts and traffic updates,

to decide whether you should take an umbrella, or catch the tram to avoid the traffic.

And this is just the start.

Tomorrow, Sowee stations will communicate with every other connected object in your home

and with your electric car's battery to tell you how far it has charged up

or the solar panels on your roof to find out how much electricity they are generating.

We are making homes budget-friendlier and people-friendlier.
