1 japanese cucumber thinly sliced

1 dessert spoon of salt

mix well

put it in a sieve

reserve

1/4 cup of rice vinager

2 tablespoon of sugar

stir in, low heat

to the fridge

wash well, remove salt in excess

tip: squeeze the cucumber after the washing

1 teaspoon of toasted sesame

sesame oil, toasted or natural

furikake (japanese seasoning) - optional

tip: kani and rice vermicelli get great in sunomono

I believe that it is always better to have an outside point of view. It can highlight some things that we don't necessary pay attention to. Also, I want to make use of my personal experience to help you.

Type of problems: Either you are in conflict with yourself or, having problems at school, high school, university, work, family problems, love life problems, friends' problems or even marital problems.

I want to be there for you and help you

How to share with me your problem: You have different possibilities:

My name is Eilish San and today we'll see

The best posture for singing

To have a good posture for singing is important because it allows us

to breathe freely

Normally we will not work in posture unless it prevents us from singing correctly

Getting used to working in a single posture may decrease

our mobility and interpretation

The position that will best suit us will be standing

with our feet slightly apart and our knees semi-flexed

Our head straight and our back lined as if we had a rope

tied to our head and someone was pulling or as if we wanted to look taller

If we have to sing seated we will place the legs slightly apart

and will not cross them at any time

We will keep our back straight without leaning on the back

So all our weight falls On the legs

The ideal would be to sing on a stool without back
