Waching daily Nov 30 2017

Liverpool have been linked with Sevilla's 22-year-old Clement Lenglet, who played the

full 90 of our heartbreaking 3-3 draw last week.

The defender is left-footed and is most comfortable playing as the left-sided centre-half, although

he also has experience at left-back.

This makes him a prime candidate to replace Dejan Lovren long-term, with the Croat to

the left of Joel Matip when everyone's fit.

The Daily Mail name Liverpool as an interested party, alongside Arsenal, Barcelona and both

Manchester clubs – proving how highly rated the Frenchman is.

Lenglet has a very affordable £28m release-clause, which is likely the reason why so many high-profile

clubs are keeping tabs on him.

He's incredibly smooth on the ball and has excellent composure, something our backline

currently lacks.

We rate Lenglet from what we've seen of him so far, but in truth, reckon Jurgen Klopp

has eyes only for Virgil van Dijk following the summer transfer saga.

The Southampton powerhouse has phenomenal physical traits, something Lenglet currently

does not, and is a real leader to boot.

It'd be a big ask for a 22-year-old Frenchman to come in and marshall our backline immediately

and sufficiently.

He'd be a nice addition, providing a more experienced defender is also on the radar.

Prince Harry, Meghan Markle wedding date announced

Prince Harry and Meghan Markle will tie the nuptial knots at St George's Chapel at Windsor Castle next May, Kensington Palace has announced.

"It will be a moment of fun and joy that will reflect the character of the bride and groom," said their spokesman.

Markle who is American, will also become a British citizen and will be baptised and confirmed into the Church of England before the wedding.

The royal family would pay for the wedding, including the church service, the music, the flowers and the reception.

Wider security costs, policing and public order arrangements will be covered by the public purse, however.

St Georges Chapel usually holds about 800 guests compared with the 2,000 capacity of Westminster Abbey, where the Duke and Duchess of Cambridge got married in 2011.

Chelsea news: Antonio Conte APOLOGISES for incident against Swansea

The Italian was growing increasingly frustrated with referee Neil Swarbrick because he felt the visitors were trying to slow the game down in the first half.

And when the official called a 43rd-minute goal kick, Conte raged and insisted it should have been a corner. The Blues boss was sent to the stands for his actions.

Antonio Rudiger broke the deadlock on the 55th minute, heading home after N'Golo Kante's initial effort was deflected. And after the game Conte says he apologised the official.    In the first half Swansea was wasting time.

Antonio Conte speaking after Chelsea beat Swansea 1-0. "After the game it is normal and right to apologise for what happened during the game," Conte said.

"In the first half Swansea was wasting time.  "I said this a few times to the fourth official, I didn't see something had changed in the first half.  "I was frustrated for this situation and tried to tell again.    "The referee took this decision but I apologise.

I made a mistake. "During the game I suffer with my players. It is a pity." The win leaves Chelsea third in the Premier League table, three points behind Manchester United. The Blues return to action against Newcastle on Saturday (12.30pm).
