So they have now grown frustrated with Anfield officials and are thinking of moving for Willian instead. According to Goal, the Chelsea midfielder is seen as Ernesto Valverde's 'Plan B' if they fail to land Coutinho.

Barcelona sold Neymar to Paris Saint-Germain in the summer so have a large transfer kitty to play with. And with Willian not guaranteed to start under Antonio Conte, he could be tempted to move to the Nou Camp.
