days to get to the nearest school

she also wants to set up a care center because to consult a

emergency doctor you have to go to conakry by boat

it's long and expensive so it's by working on the beach with camp

that she hopes to attract more people

Configuración de SINAMICS G120 sin usar macros - Duration: 10:12.

Hello. How are you? My name is Camilo Avendaño. I'm from technical support for the Hotline at Siemens.

In this case, we will present a video where we will configure and customize the macros in a SINAMICS G120.

The product we are going to work on this occasion is the G120, with a CU240E control unit.

Additionally we have an IOP-2, which is an intelligent panel with which we will make a configuration and a quick start-up.

We will be showing two exercises in which, in one we are going to simulate a wrong wiring,

and in the other we will have a digital input that is apparently damaged

and we will replace it with a digital input that is available.

Basic IOP-2 quick commissioning

We're going to do the data recognition for the engine.

We hear a characteristic sound.

After doing the recognition of the engine, we will verify that our macro has been configured.

We can see how the speed varies.

Let's start with exercise number one

in which we will simulate that we have the digital input number one damaged and replace it with a digital input that is available.

We will then check our diagnostic menu,

We are going to verify the digital inputs and outputs.

We enter digital inputs and we verify where the function to turn the equipment on and off is assigned.

In this case it is assigned to digital input number zero and we see that digital input number three is available.

After verifying this, we will make the modification.

We go to parameters,

we enter the function of turning the equipment on and off,

which is parameter 840.

We see that it is assigned to digital input number zero with 722.0

We are going to enter and modify it.

We accept.

Now we are going to assign the new digital input, in this case it will be the digital input number three, which we have available to replace the digital input number zero, which we assume is damaged.

We confirm that the modification has been effective.

We return to the diagnostic menu

We go again to inputs and outputs, to verify the digital inputs.

Macro modification of wiring that does not match

We are going to show our second exercise, where we have configured the macro twelve but we have a computer with a wiring that does not correspond to that macro twelve.

Let's see, in the macro twelve normally the digital input zero is the start, the digital input one is the inversion of rotation and the digital input two is the confirmation of failures.

Let's see how this equipment is working.

We go to diagnostics,

we go to the state of inputs and outputs,

we enter digital inputs and we see that the macro is configured with the digital input zero as activation and deactivation,

the digital input one is as inversion of rotation and the digital input two is as confirm of failures.

If the digital input zero is activated in the macro it should start, but physically, it is wired as if it were the inversion of rotation.

Let's see with the digital input one, it's wired but it is as confirmation of failure.

and the digital input two, which is normally the fault confirmation, is working as if it were connecting and disconnecting the equipment.

Now, we have two solutions, one is:

we wire and update the plans,

or simply we go inside our equipment and we make the parametrization according to the connections that we currently have.

Let's see how we do it from IOP-2.

After verifying that our wiring does not correspond to the macro that we have configured

We are going to adapt the macro, we will customize it. 51 00:06:15,47 --> 00:06:14,49 We are going to take into account these three parameters, which are 840, 1113 and 2103, they are the start and stop, inversion of rotation and the confirmation of faults.

We exit and then to parameters.

We are going to look for our first parameter, which is going to be 840.

We verify that it is assigned to 722.0, which is the digital input number zero.

In 722 we go to digital inputs and in this case we are going to assign the digital input number one

which is the one that is physically wired, we go out and confirm that the 840 has been configured in 722.1

Now we go to parameter 1113

this is the inversion of rotation, we modify it, it is in 722.1

let's assign it with the digital input that is wired, in this case it would be digital input number two.

We exit, we confirm that it has been parameterized in 722.2

and we are going to look for our last parameter that would be 2103.

we confirm.

We verify that it is in 722.2

we are going to assign this with the digital input number zero.

Let's now check the analog input.

We go to analogous input states and verify that we only have reading in analog input number two,

and macro twelve by default has a read only in analog input number one.

For this we are going to go to parameters 69 00:08:36,26 --> 00:08:33,39 we look for the parameter number 1000

and we are going to change the reference source, in this case, it is going to be analog input number two

we click on ok, and with this we have configured our analog input.

We are going to monitor and we will verify how the operation is working.

Now let's check how the new parameterization works

customizing the macro according to the wiring that we had with which the equipment arrived.

We verify that now our digital input zero turns it on

with our next digital input, we are going to do the inversion of rotation

and if we have a fault, we have digital input number two. We can verify this by going into diagnostics

state of inputs and outputs, digital inputs, and we can see that digital input number two that activates the confirm of failures. There we have it assigned.
