 Courtois has been a long-term target for Los Blancos but latest reports indicate they have finally got their man despite Chelsea's attempts to keep hold of him

 Yesterday, the Daily Mail claimed Courtois had agreed personal terms with Madrid ahead of his impending transfer

 While Spanish publication OK Diario state a deal has been agreed and the Belgian will be playing his football in the capital this season

 Courtois is currently on holiday in Tenerife following his World Cup exploits with Belgium but looks to have no intention of returning to Chelsea

 The report claims Courtois is waiting for the Blues to sign his replacement and as soon as they secure a new No 1 he will travel to Spain to be presented as a Madrid player at the Bernabeu

 Maurizio Sarri will have to move quickly if he is to secure a new shot-stopper before next month's August 9 deadline

Ok Diario suggest former Liverpool goalkeeper Pepe Reina remains a target for the Italian to fill the 26-year-old's boots

 Reina only officially completed a move to AC Milan earlier this week after three years with Napoli but could sensationally join Chelsea in a deal worth around £8m

 Chelsea signed Rob Green yesterday but the 38-year-old is expected to be their third goalkeeper behind Willy Caballero

Man Utd transfer news: Toby Alderweireld update issued amid deadline day claims - Duration: 2:54.

 Alderweireld has a year left on his Spurs contract and after developing into one of the Premier League's best defenders, there is significant interest in the Belgium international

 Spurs can extend Alderweireld's contract by 12 months but it means he will have a release clause of £25million, which is attainable for most top sides

 As a result, Spurs are demanding around £50m for the defender in a bid to get the best price for him

 Manchester United boss Jose Mourinho wants at least two more signings before the transfer window closes on August 9 and bolstering his centre-back options is one of his key priorities

 According to Sky Sports, United and Spurs are "far apart" in their valuations of Alderweireld and no talks are scheduled between the two clubs

 But the report says a deal for Alderweireld "will go to the final days of the window"

 Earlier this week, Sky Sports journalist Michael Bridge even hinted a deadline day swap deal could happen involving United striker Anthony Martial

 "Anthony Martial's future could be the big talking point of the transfer window," Bridge told the Transfer Talk podcast
