Ousmane Dembele is concerned his future in Barcelona and is annoyed with the club's decision
to register Malcom, according to the report in Spain.
The 21-Year-Old was signed for £135.5 million from Borussia Dortmund last summer, but endured
a first mixed season at Camp Nou.
The French international has been associated with many of Europe's leading clubs this summer,
while the reports have given that the winger is still close to Arsenal's head of recruitment
Sven Mislintat after their time in Dortmund.
Arsenal boss Unai Emery has also asked the club to sign a direct winger, quickly before
the end of the transfer window.
According to Sport, Dembele is concerned with Barca spending £36.5 m on signing Malcom
from Bordeaux early this week as he considers the Brazilians as competitor directly to his
position.
Dembele worried about becoming a rotation option in Barcelona and the agent of the winger
is now due to go to Barcelona to hold negotiations with the club's hierarchy.
Barcelona has privately secured Dembele that he is still an important part of the team
and they have no plans to sell him this summer.
Barca Boss Ernesto Valverde has also told Dembele to stay at Camp Nou.
' Let's hope it's his season, ' Valverde said on Saturday.
' He was an extraordinary player.
The last year have been complicated because of the injuries, but even so he brought us
a lot.
' It is important to have competition in the team.
There are many matches and we can't handle them with only eleven players.
