Man Utd transfer news: PSG reject ambitious £71m Anthony Martial offer - Duration: 2:24.

 The French club are one of the richest outfits in world football with their Middle Eastern owners

 But even PSG have baulked at United's asking price for Martial. According to reliable French outlet Paris United, the Red Devils offered the Ligue 1 side first refusal on the striker last week

 However, PSG did not respond to United's offer due to their over-ambitious valuation of the Frenchman

 Paris United report Jose Mourinho wants €80m (£71m) for Martial, who looks destined to leave the club this summer

 The former Monaco star is earning upwards of £150,000 per week at Old Trafford, which is also said to have put Thomas Tuchel off a move

 Martial has attracted interest from Juventus and Tottenham so far this window. The Turin outfit were in talks over a move for the 22-year-old at the start of the summer before they opted to sign Cristiano Ronaldo

 But Martial still looks like he will leave United before deadline day next month after falling out with Mourinho

 The Portuguese boss left the striker out on numerous occasions last season, and did little to patch up their relationship when giving an interview in America over the weekend

 Martial jetted home from United's pre-season tour of the States to be there for the birth of his first child

 And Mourinho isn't happy that the youngster has failed to reunite with his team-mates yet

 "Anthony Martial has the baby and after the baby is born - beautiful baby, full of health, thank God - he should be here and he is not here," he said
