Chelsea transfer news: Eden Hazard desperate to take ONE player with him to Real Madrid - Duration: 2:28.

Eden Hazard has long been linked with a move to Real Madrid and recently again hinted a potential move to Los Blancos could be on the cards.

Real Madrid are expected to pursue him again in the summer with the Belgian yet to sign a new contract with Chelsea with his current deal expiring in 2020.

There are suggestions he has already rejected contract offers from the Blues and Spanish reports claim he has a 'pre-agreement' in place with Madrid.

With Hazard seemingly set on moving to the Bernabeu, Spanish publication OK Diario claim he is now looking at who else they could sign to help him thrive.

And Hazard believes Chelsea midfielder Kante is the perfect team-mate that will help his new club.

The France World Cup winner is widely regarded as one of the best holding midfielders in the world having made a name for himself with Leicester, as he helped the Foxes to Premier League glory in 2016.

Kante went on to inspire Chelsea to the title under Antonio Conte the following season, also scooping the Premier League Player of the Year prize.

However, the Frenchman has failed to have the same impact this season, playing in a more attacking role under Maurizio Sarri with Jorginho slotting into his favoured position.

Hazard is well aware of what Kante can bring to a team though and is now hoping he follows him to the Spanish capital.

Speaking in the summer, Hazard said: "I play all year with Kante. He is the best in the world in his position. When he is at his best, you have a 95 per cent chance to win the game."

But prising Kante away from Chelsea will be no easy task with the 27-year-old under contract with the west London outfit until 2023.

Kante's stunning displays have seen him linked with a switch to Paris Saint-Germain, but he confirmed last year he was happy at Stamford Bridge.

"There was no urge to go elsewhere after the World Cup," he said.

"There were other clubs interests but after talking to Chelsea, things were clear. The club is counting on me and I feel good. The next logical step was to continue to Chelsea.

"There were some contacts [from PSG]. But after a discussion with Chelsea I realised that the main thing was to feel good where I was. I am at Chelsea. It's good for me to stay at Chelsea."

West Ham transfer news: Valencia launch Hernandez offer only after Chelsea deal failed - Duration: 2:30.

Valencia are keen to snap up a striker in the transfer window as they languish in La Liga's mid-table

The Catalan club have been pushing for a goalscorer and at the start of the month were linked with Chelsea's Alvaro Morata

It was hoped Chelsea would be willing to let Morata go on a cheap loan deal. But his wages are so high that Valencia - and fellow suitors Sevilla - withdrew their interest

Now Morata is set to join Atletico Madrid on loan until the end of the season. And Valencia are targeting another Premier League forward

Marca claim Atletico have launched a £6.9m (€8m) bid for Hernandez. The Mexico international, 30, cost the Hammers £16m when arriving from Bayer Leverkusen back in the summer of 2017

Marca claim the bid has been submitted but that West Ham want as much as £12.1m (€14m) to let the forward leave

West Ham are currently battling to keep Marko Arnautovic at the club, with the lure of the Chinese Super League seemingly turning the player's head

Losing Hernandez as well would be a blow to manager Manuel Pellegrini. It is claimed Monaco are also interested in the player but they are on the verge of landing Gelson Martins from Atletico Madrid

As for Morata, his future remains in the air as his agent angles for a move back to Spain

The former Real Madrid star is due to join Atletico if the club can successfully offload Gelson onto Monaco

Atletico have been speaking to Chelsea after the Blues signed Gonzalo Higuain from Juventus this week

It was even claimed last month that West Ham were lining up a move for Chelsea's flop striker Michy Batshuayi

But that proposal now seems to have run out of steam.
