 "I don't think [Atlanta will] be forced into anything," Wiebe told Sky Sports' Transfer Talk Podcast

 "And I think they'll look at next summer, if they have to, as being a better time to sell him, and perhaps for the price that they want

" Wiebe believes that England represents Almiron's most likely destination, though

 "I think there's a good chance [Miguel Almiron will leave for the Premier League]," he added

 "But I also think he won't leave for a price that Atlanta are willing to do it for

 "So far, [Atlanta president] Darren Eales said it is £23.15million ($30m), and I don't think they've got a bid that approaches that

" MLS franchises are only allowed three players in their squad who exceed a salary cap, and Almiron is one of a current quadrant

  That fact will mean the outfit needs to offload one, but they have until the start of the 2019 season in March to do so

 "They're going to have four designated players which, under MLS roster rules, isn't allowed," Wiebe added

 "But they have until some time late February, early March to get that done for roster compliance

 With Higuain unavailable, the Blues boss has a decision to make in attack with Olivier Giroud and Eden Hazard both potential options up front

 Chelsea had planned to complete the Higuain deal and have the 31-year-old ready to face Tottenham, but the loan move was not finalised before yesterday's 12pm cut-off

 Instead, Hazard could be deployed as a 'false nine' again with two of Pedro, Willian or Callum Hudson-Odoi on the flanks

 Picking Giroud would offer a greater physical threat in attack and also allow Hazard to revert to his favoured position out wide

 However, the French striker has scored just five goals in all competitions for Chelsea this season and is not regarded highly by Sarri

 The Blues are looking to bounce back from a disappointing 2-0 defeat to Arsenal last time out and have a healthy squad to select from, with just Ruben Loftus-Cheek unavailable due to a back injury

 Jorginho and N'Golo Kante are expected to be joined by Ross Barkley in central midfield if Mateo Kovacic is rested

 Meanwhile, Andreas Christensen and Emerson Palmieri could come into the back four at the expense of David Luiz and the underperforming Marcos Alonso

 However, Antonio Rudiger and Cesar Azpilicueta are likely to keep their places with a spot in the final against Manchester City resting on the game's outcome

Chelsea news: Gonzalo Higuain sent Liverpool warning as Dietmar Hamann delivers bad omen - Duration: 2:06.

Liverpool legend and ex-Premier League star Dietmar Hamann is not convinced English football will suit the Argentinian.

Maurizio Sarri's finally secured a loan deal to reunite the manager with his former goalscorer.

The pair worked very successfully together at Napoli and now the hope is Higuain can rediscover his best form at Chelsea.

AC Milan willingly cut his loan spell from Juventus short as the ex-Real Madrid star failed to flourish at the San Siro.

Sarri believes he can get the best out of Higuain once again, though, and has been in desperate need of a top No.9.

Alvaro Morata has failed at Stamford Bridge, Olivier Giroud is considered just a back-up, while Eden Hazard has shown he is better off playing on the left.

Higuain has a strong record throughout his career from his club level football in Spain and Italy as well as at international level for Argentina.

But Hamann feels he has seen a similar player before in Fernando Morientes struggle to adapt while at Anfield.

Asked if Higuain, who has joined Chelsea on loan until at least the remainder of the season, will be a success, Hamann wrote in his Racing Post column: "I'm not sure.

"I do wonder if the Premier League is the place for a striker like Higuain, who is 31 and has only scored once since October.

"I remember when Liverpool signed Fernando Morientes in 2005 – he was one of the best in the business but he struggled at Anfield.

"He struggled with a very different style of play and after 18 indifferent months he went to Valencia where he took off again.

"Chelsea have got two strikers in the same category in Olivier Giroud and Alvaro Morata and they are both finding it hard."

Higuain is expected to make his Chelsea debut tomorrow when they play in the FA Cup.

Championship side Sheffield Wednesday visit Stamford Bridge for their fourth round tie (6pm).
