oxlade-chamberlain has been out of action since april after suffering a
ligament damage in Liverpool's Champions League semi-final against Roma the 25
year old was forced to missed the World Cup with England and isn't expected to
return to club action until towards the end of the season while he still has a
long way to go oxlade-chamberlain has revealed he has
started working with the ball again as he steps up his recovery he said it's
going well very boring very slow very long all the good stuff but I'm making
progress which is obviously what we need it's just a long process and I just keep
plugging away but I'm in good spirits and I'm really positive about it you
just get into a routine with tunnel vision and keep going setting yourself
little goals and little things to achieve I pass the ball the other day
not very well but I started passing the ball and the Merseyside club have one
