This has occurred against a backdrop of varying participation in European football, and different degrees of achievement in the Premier League, which demonstrates we have built a sound business footing to support our on-pitch quest for success

The long-awaited Craft Burrito Company is finally here! Check out this family-owned restaurant that started 8 years ago at Camp Pendleton.

After serving only our military for several years, they started opening locations off base for everyone to enjoy.

They use fresh tortillas every day and have local craft beers on tap. Try your burrito deep fried, naked, or laid out for something different.

Bring the kids for dinner and sample everything on the menu. Welcome to Temecula, Craft Burrito!

Speaking of craft, our local craft breweries have brewed a special release beer called Resilience IPA

that will help fund the relief efforts following the tragic Camp Fire.

This beer is available for purchase at Craft Brewing Company, Refuge Brewery, Black Market Brewing Company, Karl Strauss, Wiens Brewing, and Garage Brewing Company.

Our local brewers are heavy on philanthropy so they're asking us for help to sell out this beer and help those affected in Northern California.

All proceeds made from the Resilience IPA will be donated to the Camp Fire Relief Fund created by Sierra Nevada Brewing Company.

This fund is dedicated to rebuilding and supporting the communities affected. Stop by one of the local breweries today to learn more and support the cause.

Chelsea latest news: Blues boast of record turnover & £113m profit on player sales in their accounts - Duration: 5:18.

The Blues have released strong figures about their performance in a financial sense, despite an underwhelming season last year 's player sales reached £113 million ($144m) last season and have helped the club to achieve a record-high profit, after tax, of £62m and a best ever turnover figure of £443.4m for the year ending on June 30 2018

The player sales were for last season and included the likes of Diego Costa to for £53m, Nemanja Matic to for £40m, Nathan Ake to Bournemouth for £20m and Juan Cuadrado to for £17.3m

There were 17 further deals done out of the club, not including loans, leading to the figure to rise to £113m

It was a season that ended in former manager Antonio Conte leaving the club after a fifth-place finish and an win

The manager's complaints about the club's business in the transfer market lead to the club becoming unsettled in the dressing room and in the board room

Conte's severance pay is not included in the figures. However, Chelsea have managed to break-even under Uefa's Financial Fair Play (FFP) regulations and have increased many revenue streams – including those from broadcasting by £41.7m to £204.1m

Chelsea increased match day revenues by £8.4m in the 2017/18 season, having won the FA Cup and to the semi-final, but having disappointed with a last-16 exit in the

The Blues also increased sponsorship from commercial activities, rising by £32m after signing a new kit deal with Nike and having other major sponsors including Carabao and Yokohama Tires

There will now be calls for Chelsea to dip into the transfer market in January, as they aim to give their star player Eden Hazard a record-breaking new deal worth over £300,000-a-week

Bruce Buck released a statement, alongside Chelsea's accounts to celebrate a year of success away from the pitch for the club

The club has now posted a series of record-breaking revenue figures and our profit margin has increased in consecutive years

This has occurred against a backdrop of varying participation in European football, and different degrees of achievement in the , which demonstrates we have built a sound business footing to support our on-pitch quest for success

With our matchday income steady, despite not finishing in the top four of the Premier League last season, and our global fanbase increasing, we thank our loyal supporters as well as our hard-working staff and valued partners for helping to make a successful financial year

The strong financial figures will be welcome news to Roman Abramovich, who has paused the development of the club's stadium, amid a geopolitical situation which has halted the renewal of his UK investor visa

Chelsea sources have insisted that Abramovich is committed to the club, but he is rumoured to have contracted the Raine Group to broker a sale of around £2

5bn, which would be a global record sale for any sports club. The Blues parent company which represents the interests of Abramovich, Fordstam Limited, earned a profit of £24

Chelsea latest news: Chelsea name price for Callum Hudson-Odoi after rejecting £20million offer - Duration: 2:53.

Chelsea have reportedly told Bayern Munich to stump up £40million if they want to sign Callum Hudson-Odoi

The German giants are believed to have had a bid of £20m rejected after being impressed by the 18-year-old

The Stamford Bridge club appear ready to sell the teenager - but not on the cheap

Hudson-Odoi was promised first team opportunities this season but has found playing time limited under Maurizio Sarri

And he could follow fellow English starlets Jadon Sancho and Reiss Nelson to the Bundesliga

Last week, Sarri was forcerd to defend his decision to withdraw Hudson-Odoi late on at Watford on Boxing Day, insisting the young forward picked up a hamstring injury

Academy graduate Hudson-Odoi replaced Pedro in the 43rd minute only to be replaced himself, by Emerson Palmieri, as Chelsea cemented fourth spot with victory on the road

The Blues fans heavily booed Hudson-Odoi's withdrawal, prompting manager Sarri to placate the supporters with an explanatory injury update

He played for the first time in the Premier League this season, he played for 55 minutes, very well," said Sarri

We had a little injury with his hamstring one week ago, and 10 minutes from the end he had pain in the same point so we preferred to change

I can understand that (the fans' frustrations) but there wasn't another solution, it was too dangerous

Liverpool transfer news: Adrien Rabiot makes BIG decision after Barcelona, Tottenham talks - Duration: 2:58.

Rabiot is one of the most sought-after stars in the world at the moment, as his contract at PSG runs down

The 23-year-old is yet to come out and confirm that he wants to leave, but the actions of his agent have proved that he is willing to walk away from the Parc des Princes

One place Rabiot won't be heading, however, is North London. According to reports, the midfielder has decided to reject any advances from Tottenham, because he doesn't feel they are good enough

**PREDICT FIVE RESULTS AND WIN £25,000 - FREE TO PLAY HERE** ESPNFC reports that Rabiot has no intention to talk to any Spurs representatives, and will turn his attentions elsewhere

Spurs are currently third in the league, just nine points below Liverpool, who are also reported to be interested in acquiring the Frenchman

They face stiff competition, however, as just yesterday Barcelona confirmed they were keen on signing the midfielder

Rabiot is out of contract at the end of the season, and after January 1 can begin negotiations with teams, and potentially sign a pre-contract agreement

In a statement, Barcelona denied reports that they had already agreed to sign Rabiot, but made it clear that they were willing to open talks

It had been reported in France that Barca had made an illegal approach for the star, who is unable to sign any agreements until January 1

"FC Barcelona wish to address stories published in France regarding the signing of players from Paris Saint Germain, and make clear that they have not breached any rule in this regard," the statement read

"The only contact made was during the month of August and one week ago. "In both cases, this contact was made with PSG's sporting management to show FC Barcelona's interest in the player Adrien Rabiot

"FC Barcelona have always wanted to work with the utmost transparency in their dealings with PSG and with any other club

"FC Barcelona refute the existence of any type of agreement with PSG player Adrien Rabiot
