Man Utd news: Three stars to join, Pogba transfer claim, Mourinho wants contract paid off
The Red Devils finished the season with no silverware under Jose Mourinho but have made progress in the Premier League.
It has led to Jose Mourinho identifying the weak areas in his squad and which players he needs to address them.
And according to the Metro, he wants a new left-back, central midfielder, and centre-back.
Those players will be Juventus star Alex Sandro, Shakhtar midfielder Fred and Tottenham's Toby Alderweireld.
United chiefs have sanctioned £150m this summer, but player sales can boost that number.
There are reports that Fred will join this week for £53m whilst talks are ongoing about a £35m deal with Spurs over Alderweireld.
Jose Mourinho is reportedly ready to make big changes to the United squad this summer.
And Paul Pogba has already tested the Portuguese manager's patience a number of times this campaign.
Matteo Materazzi, the brother of Italian World Cup winner Marco, reckons United have already sorted out a deal for Sergej Milinkovic-Savic but are waiting for Pogba to be sold.
In my opinion, he has already been sold for a few months to a team, Manchester United, which is waiting to sell a big [name], Pogba, to formalise the Serbian ['s arrival], Materazzi told French outlet RMC Sport, when asked if there is a risk Milinkovic-Savic will leave Lazio.
According to Metro, the Old Trafford club are preparing to pay Daley Blind his final 12 months off as they look to move him on.
United value the 28-year-old at £10m but his £85,000-a-week wages have put clubs off.
And Metro are reporting that the Red Devils will subsidise his earnings so another side can afford to take him on.
