Manchester City move back to the top of the table after beating Chelsea in west London. Kevin De Bruyne proved the difference with a delightful goal from the edge of the area.
Chelsea offered little going forward and Alvaro Morata was subbed off with a hamstring injury. The Blues recorded just four goal attempts to City's 17.
Chelsea's loss means they finish the day in fourth place after Tottenham beat Huddersfield 4-0 today to move third. City ahead ahead of United on goal difference at the top of the table. Check out all the reaction from the match below.

Last time out Eden Hazard was Chelsea's saviour the last time these sides met back in April. The Belgian scored either side of Sergio Aguero's strike to earn a 2-1 win at the Bridge.
Aguero has scored five of City's last seven Premier League goals at Chelsea. But he misses the game.
