 And according to the Daily Star, Martial and his representatives have already held talks with Bayern this month

 The German champions are keen to find long-term replacements for Franck Ribery and Arjen Robben, who will soon be nearing the end of their careers

 Martial has also attracted interest from the likes of Juventus and PSG in recent weeks, while Premier League rivals Tottenham are reportedly refusing to meet the 22-year-old's valuation

 Speaking recently, Martial's agent Philippe Lamboley told RMC Sport: "After thinking about all the factors and possibilities, Anthony wants to leave Manchester United

 "There are lots of factors, and right now it's too early to talk about them. "Manchester United want Anthony to extend his deal and do not want him to leave but we have not reached an agreement for several months

 "I think that when Manchester United, the most powerful club in the world, do not find an agreement after eight months of negotiations then they do not really want to keep such an important player in their squad

 "That's why this decision has come – it's a well-thought-out decision."

Arsenal transfer news: Sokratis Papastathopoulos flies into London to complete £18m move - Duration: 1:56.

 Arsenal have been in talks with Papastathopoulos' current club Borussia Dortmund and agreed a deal two weeks ago but an official announcement was delayed until July

 However, with pre-season training due to begin next week, Papastathopoulos has traveled from Greece to England to seal the transfer

 Papastathopoulos was pictured at Kalamata airport and Greek outlet say the defender boarded a British Airways flight last night

 It is claimed Papastathopoulos was accompanied by his wife Xanthippi. When Papastathopoulos is announced by Arsenal, he will become Unai Emery's third deal of the transfer window

 He follows Stephan Lichtsteiner and Bernd Leno who secured moves last month. And the trio are expected to be followed by Sampdoria and Uruguay midfielder Lucas Torreira

 Torreira starred for Uruguay in their 2-1 win over Portugal last night and ITV pundit Gary Neville was full of praise for his defensive work

 "The two centre-backs played well against Cristiano Ronaldo tonight but everything that came into that box they had to clear," he said on ITV

 "They will have to do that against France. Torreira, the defensive midfielder, he gets back in every time

 "I don't know how many times, but he's always there to clear it."

 Wilshere is officially a free agent after his contract with Arsenal expired today

 It ends a 17-year association with Gunners and the start of a search for a new club with first-team football and while Wilshere has been linked with Crystal Palace and West Ham, it appears a move to Fenerbahce is close

 And Turkish outlet Sporx claim Wilshere willingness to consider a move to Turkey stems from a talk with Ozil

 The report says Ozil told Wilshere: "Fenerbahce is a great team [and] the fans are spectacular

 "Turkey is very beautiful and a modern country." It is claimed Wilshere has said yes to a four-year deal from Fenerbahce and an announcement is expected

 In an interview with Sky Sports yesterday, Wilshere expressed his openness about playing abroad

 "I am willing to go abroad if the right opportunity comes up," he said. "Also, everyone knows I like the Premier League and the battle of it

 "It is literally the best thing that comes up and the best opportunity that we will take

 "I am not really in any rush, today [Saturday] is actually my last day with my contract at Arsenal, so it's been a bit of a strange day

 "I have played 10 years as a professional there and had 17 years at the club. "We are looking at things and I am keeping myself fit

Arsenal transfer news: Steven N'Zonzi 'tells Sevilla he wants to leave' amid Gunners links - Duration: 1:51.

 The former Sevilla sporting director is incredibly close with Banega and his family

 Arias is said to be one of the main reasons the player decided to return to Seville after a short stint with Inter Milan in 2016
