Waching daily Nov 8 2018

That's the verdict of pundit Graeme Souness. The Red Devils scored twice in the last four minutes of normal time through Juan Mata and an Alex Sandro own goal to cancel out Cristiano Ronaldo's volley against his former club

That served as a huge boost for United's hopes of reaching the knockout stages. If they beat Young Boys in the fifth round of Group H fixtures later this month and Valencia draw or lose to Juve, they will be through

Victory was all the more sweet for Mourinho, who is still a villain to the Juve fans having enjoyed huge success with Inter Milan earlier in his managerial career including the 2009-10 treble

The Juve fans reminded the Portuguese tactician of their feelings towards him with a number of derogatory chants in their 1-0 win at Old Trafford two weeks ago

But Mourinho repaid the favour after United's late win in Turin, cupping his right ear and nodding towards the home fans - prompting an angry response from Juve defender Leonardo Bonucci

Yet Liverpool legend Souness believes Mourinho was too self-absorbed in the moment and should have enjoyed the win with his backroom team

"What I would have done and what I would liked him to have done is celebrate with his staff

Instead it was more about him," Souness told Virgin Media One.  "He generally somehow manages to turn whatever situation about him

"Walk out on to the pitch and put his ears to the crowd, it's about him.  "I personally would have liked to see him, 'We've got a result', really celebrate with the guys you work with

"They're under pressure as well. It's not just about him." Mourinho, discussing his reaction to Sky Sport Italia, insisted it was in reaction to the jibes of the Juve fans

"I was insulted for 90 minutes. I came here to do my job, nothing more," he said

"I didn't offend anyone at the end, I just made a gesture that I wanted to hear them louder

"I probably shouldn't have done it and with a cool head I wouldn't have done it, but with my family insulted, including my Inter family, I reacted like this

" United's second straight late win will give them high confidence as they look to end the unbeaten run of league-leading neighbours Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium on Sunday (4

30pm).

Arsenal news: Alex Iwobi reveals dressing room secrets under Unai Emery - Duration: 3:08.

Arsenal have shone under the Spaniard, going 14 games unbeaten heading into tonight's Europa League clash with Sporting Lisbon (8pm)

Iwobi has improved his performances since last season and is a regular in the cup tournaments

He has plenty of competition in the Arsenal midfield with Aaron Ramsey, Mesut Ozil, Lucas Torreira and Granit Xhaka among the others battling for a spot in the side

And Iwobi has revealed that it's the motivation of the rest of the squad that has kept Arsenal on the straight and narrow in recent weeks

"It's basically a family and we're all fighting for each other, not just for the manager and the players, but also for the fans," Iwobi said

"It's one big family and we're always going to fight for each other. "We're putting in an extra shift, not just in matches, but in training as well

"Unai's very intense in training and he's demanding because he knows how good we are

He always wants us to be at 100 per cent, giving our best. It's not just him, though

"We know what we expect from each other, so we're also trying to get the best out of each other in training

"He's always encouraging me to be positive with the ball, always encouraging me to work hard off the ball for my team as well

"It's not just for me, he's helped out my other team-mates as well and has helped every player individually

"He's always talking to them and if it's not him then it's his assistants, the other coaches talking to me, showing me different clips, analysing my game, analysing opponents as well

"His staff are always helping me. He's given me that confidence in games and in training to go out and express myself

" Fellow Arsenal ace Ozil believes the Gunners are only going to get stronger under Emery

He said: "We have to keep being hungry, and keep progressing. "It's not like we are done now (because we have gone 14 games unbeaten)

It's like we are just starting. "We are doing well for now, but that doesn't mean we stop
