the worst part is we don't have space.

We need to screw and pull the wood back.

But we don't have enough clearance on the ceiling to have this bar here.

So we need to plain I think 2 and a half centimeters of this wood in order to have this here.

La última semana, durante la 73° sesión de la Asamblea General de la ONU, uno de los temas más abordados por los líderes internacionales fue la grave crisis humanitaria que está atravesando Venezuela

En apenas dos días, el gobierno de Estados Unidos aplicó nuevas sanciones contra funcionarios chavistas -entre ellos la primera dama Cilia Flores-, y seis países hicieron oficial una petición a la Corte Penal Internacional (CPI) para que investigue los crímenes de lesa humanidad en el país caribeño

En ese contexto, y cada vez más ahogado por la presión internacional, el dictador Nicolás Maduro sorprendió el martes asistiendo a la Asamblea, en Nueva York

"Maduro sabe que está al borde de la caída, y está haciendo lo imposible por salvarse", consideró Ramsis Ghazzaoui, miembro del Tribunal Supremo de Justicia (TSJ) venezolano en el exilio, en diálogo con Infobae

El magistrado, de gira por Buenos Aires, sostuvo que la situación en su país es tan alarmante que "la intervención humanitaria es necesaria"

En ese sentido, celebró la votación a favor en la ONU para declarar el estado de emergencia

Ghazzaoui sostuvo que Maduro sabe que está a punto de caer (Reuters) En las últimas semanas, incluso en el marco de la Asamblea de la ONU, comenzó a tomar fuerza la opción de una intervención militar en Venezuela

Si bien opinió que "intervenir un país no es lo ideal", Ghazzaoui aclaró que Venezuela ya está intervenida militarmente "por los cubanos"

El magistrado del TSJ, que se encuentra exiliado en Miami, se refirió también a la condena que el órgano dictó hace un mes contra Maduro y confesó que la fiscal general Luisa Ortega Díaz, también exiliada, cuenta con "importantes causas contra otros cabecillas del régimen"

Sobre el futuro del país, aseveró: "De aquí al mes de enero, y no más, puede pasar algo importante en Venezuela"

-¿Cómo logra el TSJ en el exilio coordinar sus tareas, teniendo en cuenta que no todos viven en el mismo país? -El Tribunal Supremo de Justicia fue designado en julio el 2017

Luego de la persecución que sufrimos salimos de Venezuela. Unos antes, otros después

En octubre nos conformamos en la OEA, con el apoyo del secretario general Luis Almagro, y parte de los países de la OEA -la mayoría-

Tenemos legitimidad de origen y legitimidad de desempeño. Varios de los miembros están en distintos países

Yo estoy en Estados Unidos, otros están en Santiago (Chile), otros en Panamá y Colombia

Cuando hacemos reuniones plenarias hacemos más que todo vía Skype, y cuando se puede hacer presencial lo hacemos

Ahora justamente estamos discutiendo la sentencia que dictamos contra el señor Maduro, en cuestión de hace un mes en Colombia, con el apoyo del ex presidente Juan Manuel Santos y el apoyo del ahora presidente Iván Duque

Vamos a discutir el fondo de la sentencia y estamos trabajando en eso. Los jueces del Supremo en el exterior -¿Cuál es el poder de alcance que tienen las sentencias que dictan, teniendo en cuenta que no son reconocidos por el régimen de Maduro? -Pese a no tener reconocimiento del régimen y a que nuestras sentencias no han tenido efecto en el orden interno, tenemos el reconocimiento de varios países de la región, del Grupo de Lima, del Parlamento Europeo, de varios países de Europa

En el orden interno la efectividad se ha visto mermada, o casi no existe. Sin embargo, nuestro posición es trabajar conforme la Constitución y hacer un piso jurídico para una próxima transición

Siempre pongo el ejemplo de la sentencia del tema de la Asamblea Nacional Constituyente, que cuando este régimen caiga, esa Asamblea, por nuestras decisiones, que ya decidimos en contra de su legitimidad, no debe existir, o no va a existir

El retorno, por ejemplo, de Venezuela al sistema interamericano de derechos humanos también

Entonces son decisiones que tarde o temprano, yo pienso que más temprano que tarde, van a tener un efecto importante en Venezuela

-Con relación a la futura transición, ¿cuál será el destino de las distintas instituciones, como la Asamblea Nacional, de mayoría opositora que fue electa por el pueblo, y el TSJ legítimo? ¿Mantendrán sus funciones? -Hablar de eso sería elucubrar

Yo pienso que en una transición, nosotros, los magistrados legítimos, debemos regresar a nuestro país y conformar un nuevo Tribunal Supremo de Justicia

Pienso que es lo que está planteado en primer término. Recuerda que hay tres instituciones legítimas en Venezuela: la Asamblea Nacional, el Tribunal Supremo de Justicia legítimo en el exilio, y la señora fiscal general Luisa Ortega Díaz, que sigue siendo fiscal general de la República y se encuentra exiliada en Bogotá

Estas tres instituciones seguramente van a retornar a Caracas cuando se de esa transición a formar parte del paso de un régimen actual al retorno de un sistema democrático

Nuestra idea es histórica porque la idea es recuperar a la Nación y recuperar las instituciones

Nuestra misión, más que de juzgar, es retornar al Estado de Derecho, al Estado democrático de Derecho, y recuperar las instituciones

Porque en Venezuela no hay instituciones, no hay Estado. Venezuela se convirtió en un Estado fallido

Desde el punto de vista social es invivible; desde el punto de vista político no está el ejercicio de la política

Desde el punto de vista económico ni se diga… La idea es recuperar las instituciones y refundar una nueva República

"Maduro es un delincuente", aseguró Ghazzaoui -Ante la situación actual del país, ¿cómo considera el TSJ al gobierno de Maduro: como un régimen, una dictadura…? -Es un régimen dictatorial, pero yo hablo por mí

Pienso que Maduro es un delincuente, sin duda alguna. El régimen es un narco régimen, donde no solamente el narcotráfico está a la orden del día, sino la corrupción, inclusive hoy en día a pesar de que Venezuela está muy mal sigue campante

El terrorismo, las células de Hezbollah están en Venezuela… Es un Estado forajido que está al margen de la ley, al margen de la Constitución y al margen del derecho internacional

Otros países de la región, y yo diría casi todos los países del mundo, deben tomar en cuenta esto

Sobre todo en la región porque el tema migratorio, el tema del éxodo venezolano se puede convertir en un tema complicado para la región

Ya se está convirtiendo. Es un problema estructural, de gobierno, que hay que atender

Me acabo de enterar también que hubo una votación en el Consejo de Naciones Unidas a favor de que se declarara que hay una verdadera emergencia humanitaria en Venezuela

       -Cada vez son más las denuncias que indican que Venezuela está bajo el poder de una organización criminal, con vínculos con el narcotráfico y el terrorismo

En los últimos días comenzó a tomar fuerza una posible intervención militar. ¿Qué opinión tiene al respecto? -Tengo una opinión personal

Desde el punto de vista interno son pocas cosas las que se pueden hacer porque Venezuela está secuestrada, no solamente a nivel de instituciones, sino desde el punto de vista social

La gente está buscando cómo sobrevivir, no tiene tiempo de pensar en lo político

La oposición interna está secuestrada también, está de manos atadas. Los diputados de la Asamblea Nacional ni siquiera cobran la pensión, ni siquiera cobran un sueldo

La Asamblea está de manos atadas, y a pesar de que hace mucho, no puede hacer mayor cosa justamente por la represión que hay

Como el caso del diputado Juan Requesens. Un diputado de la Asamblea Nacional, con inmunidad parlamentaria y que lamentablemente está preso en los calabozos de la Policía política, del Sebin, sin ningún tipo de acusación ni juicio

Por lo tanto, el efecto que pueda tener la diáspora, el efecto que pueda tener lo que hace el TSJ legítimo, el efecto que pueda hacer la oposición afuera es capital

El tema de la intervención humanitaria puede ser una salida, de hecho ayer al presidente Trump le preguntan sobre ese tema y dice que vuelve a estar sobre el tapete, está en la mesa

Pero lo que podemos hacer nosotros es muy importante. Cada vez que hagamos algo contra el régimen funciona como un grano de arena más para acabar con él

Ghazzaoui aseguró que Venezuela está intervenida militarmente por Cuba (EFE) -¿Usted piensa que el régimen está haciendo todo para que tome fuerza la posibilidad de una intervención militar para quedar como una víctima de la crisis? -Lo que está pasando en Venezuela es tan grave que la intervención humanitaria en necesaria

Yo no digo intervención militar. En Venezuela ya estamos intervenidos militarmente por los cubanos

En Venezuela hay más de 20.000 cubanos, y muchos de ellos son espías. Intervenir militarmente un país no es la idea

La idea es ayudar a la sociedad venezolana, lo que queda de sociedad venezolana. Pero pienso que es necesaria una intervención humanitaria porque ya no hay salida

En Venezuela prácticamente se ha probado todo, y lo que se puede hacer de afuera es muy importante

El discurso de Maduro en la ONU sencillamente es un discurso de una víctima y realmente lo que hace Maduro con el pueblo venezolano es un genocidio

La gente se va de Venezuela porque hay un verdadero infierno. No funciona nada. -Recién mencionaba la condena que dictó el TSJ legítimo contra Maduro

La misma fue por la corrupción de Odebrecht en Venezuela. Pero hay otras denuncias en contra de Maduro y de la cúpula chavista, que la propia fiscal Ortega mencionó por sus vínculos con el narcotráfico y el terrorismo

¿Hay otros casos sobre los que ustedes están trabajando? -Sé que la fiscal tiene algunas causas importantes contra otros cabecillas del régimen y pienso que está próxima a presentarlas

No sé si ante el Tribunal, si ante la Corte Penal Internacional, pienso que debería hacerlo ante nosotros, pero sé que maneja bastantes pruebas y tiene un cúmulo de causas importantes contra otros personajes

Eso va a la par de la denuncia que hacen los cinco presidentes ante la Corte Penal Internacional

  El magistrado del TSJ en el exilio aseguró que la intervención humanitaria es necesaria en el país (Reuters) -¿Qué consecuencias le podría traer al régimen esa denuncia presentada ante la CPI por Argentina, Canadá, Colombia, Chile, Paraguay y Perú? -No es lo mismo hacer una petición ante la Corte Penal Internacional, con todos los vicios que tiene la Corte, que dicen que está ideológicamente parcializada… eso es otra cosa

No es lo mismo la denuncia de dos o tres personas, activistas de derechos humanos, o vinculados con la oposición venezolana, a que haga una verdadera petición, una verdadera denuncia, cinco jefes de Estado de gobiernos de la región que se ven potencial y directamente afectados por el tema migratorio, el tema del éxodo

Esta solicitud pienso que va a tener un efecto importante, y el efecto justamente va a ser lo que pueda estar retrasado en la Corte Penal Internacional se active

Porque ellos van en representación de cinco países, por lo tanto pienso que va a tener un efecto importante por lo menos en cuanto a la movilización de la causa

Ramsis Ghazzaoui, en diálogo con Infobae -Cada vez son más las denuncias contra Maduro, las sanciones que se aplican contra la cúpula chavista

Incluso muchos consideran que su presencia en la Asamblea General de la ONU fue un signo de desesperación

¿Cómo va a terminar Maduro? -Cuando supe que Maduro iba a la ONU no me gustó mucho

 Sin embargo, pienso que fue, como decimos en Venezuela, a buscar algunas soluciones a su problema

Es mi opinión muy personal. Sé que fue a pedir algunas reuniones y no se ha encontrado con nadie, no ha encontrado respuesta

Pienso que Maduro sabe que está al borde de la caída, y está haciendo lo imposible por salvarse

Pienso que de aquí al mes de enero, y no más, puede pasar algo importante en Venezuela

Espero que sea así, y el retorno pronto de todos a Venezuela. La idea es que muchos de los que estamos afuera retornemos para recuperar el país, esa es la idea

Porque nos va a costar mucho, pero con los recursos de Venezuela, con los recursos humanos sobre todo… Que retornemos a nuestro país para recuperar las instituciones, la libertad y la democracia perdida por este régimen nefasto que ya tiene 20 años

-Ese "algo" que puede pasar de acá a fin de año, ¿estima que vendrá de adentro de Venezuela o de afuera? -Quizás es algo mixto

Puede ser una chispa, puede ser la chispa externa que active lo interno. Sabemos que hay militares institucionales, y yo le hago un llamado a ellos de que sepan que el presidente Maduro ya no es presidente

El presidente Maduro está condenado, es ilegítimo. La Asamblea Nacional Constituyente es ilegítima

Por lo tanto, las Fuerzas Armadas venezolanas y los militares institucionales deben actuar conforme al juramento que ellos han dado, que es justamente respetar la Constitución

Y pienso que simple y llanamente, con una chispa, como yo lo llamo, pueden ellos sacar al régimen más temprano que tarde
