Waching daily Oct 31 2018

Good morning guys.

Still from Singapore.

Today is a special yet slightly sad day.

Because for the last time in our 6-month trip through Asia we will be crossing a border.

Today we will travel from Singapore to Kuala Lumpur, the capital of Malaysia.

You already know us and you know that we always look for the cheapest options

because of our backpackers budget.

But today we are going for a bit of luxury.

We'll be traveling by bus

and although there are cheaper options that start from 20 singapore dollars,

to celebrate our last asian bordercrossing,

we chose a slightly more luxurious bus.

This will be my seat for the next 6 hours.

Let me give you a small demonstration.

Here we have our table.

They will serve us something to eat shortly.

The television or better the entertainment system.

With movies I suppose.

And to end things off...

reclining seat.

Although it's a bit slow.

How's the space?

I'm not complaining.

So if you're also craving a luxurious trip as we are right now,

surf to the transtar travel website.

And you will be able to buy your ticket there.

We paid 37 singapore dollars from here to Kuala Lumpur.

Which I think is a good price for the luxury you get.

We have just arrived in Kuala Lumpur.

It lasted exactly 6 hours to get here.

Now we're going to our hostel where we'll only sleep tonight

because we're actually not staying in this city.

We'll be visiting it in the last days before going back to Belgium.

The rest of today we will investigate

because we don't have any plan and we don't know where we're going tomorrow.

But we'll surely find out today.

So we say goodbye for now and tomorrow we'll be back to tell you what this video will be about.

Although you guys probably already know because you've already seen it in the title of this video.

But we still don't know what we will do tomorrow or in the next days.

So see you tomorrow.

While traveling anything can happen

and what we least expected happened.

That same night, arriving at our hostel we received news of Kevin's grandfather's passing.

So we decided to head back to Belgium to be able to say goodbye.

You guys have been able to follow us during this entire adventure.

We are very gratefull for your support.

And we are happy to know that in some way we've inspired you to travel the world.

Our trip through Asia had a sudden ending.

But our adventure as VagaJuntos has just begun.

So if you want to know our next destination,

don't miss the next video of VagaJuntos.

And now 6 months in Asia in only 10 minutes...

Have you ever dreamt of doing a superlong trip?

We have and today this dream is coming true.

6 months in Asia.

Welcome to Shanghai.

Welcome to Angkor Wat.

Welcome to Hong Kong.

Kyoto.

Inle Lake.

Si Phan Don.

Naypyidaw.

Bohol.

Osaka.

Macau.

Phnom Penh.

Seoul.

Annapurna.

Ho Chi Minh City, formerly known as Saigon.

We have arrived on Ko Phi Phi, one of the most beautiful and popular islands of Thailand.

We have arrived in Taipei, the capital of Taiwan.

We are currently in Indonesia, more specifically in Bali.

Welcome to Singapore.

Welcome to Elephant Nature Park.

Interacting with these animals has been the most amazing experience we've ever had.

Come to Asia, come and interact with elephants,

but please do it in a responsable way.

Good morning, it's 6:30 am.

It's 6 am.

It's 1 am.

It's 6 am.

It's 2 am and we haven't slept.

We woke up really early to see the sunrise.

At about 5:45 am.

Waking up early can have it's benefits.

Waking up early was the best decision.

The smell of this tofu is really indescribable.

The last piece!

It looks like I'm going to eat...

a giant scorpion.

I cannot watch.

And since I'm still hungry...

it's time for...

a froggy.

We have arrived.

Enjoy this incredible view of Ha Long Bay.

We are in Thailand!

They had told us that it would be really hot in Angkor Wat.

And they weren't lying.

It's extremely hot so this breeze is just perfect.

I'm completely wet.

We're sweating like pigs.

It was too hot.

It's so hot.

It's freaking hot here, I cannot handle it.

It was a bit tough because of the sun.

I would like to be that Buddha over there, receiving water from the faithfull people with this temperature of 40 degrees.

It's about 1000 degrees outside.

Being in 40 degrees in Myanmar, Laos, Cambodia and in the south of this country...

just horrible.

Guys, I'm not lying,

it's extremely cold.

We wanted to stay longer but the cold kicked us out.

You probably noticed that it's really cold.

It's about -10 degrees.

It's about -7 degrees.

It's -5 degrees.

Here it's also cold like in China.

Since it's so cold,

these seats are heated.

Dying of the cold!

I don't think we will be...

I don't think we will be the first...

What I was trying to say but the wind didn't allow me, was that

we didn't think it would be this cold.

I can no longer feel my hands, my feet, my ears, everything is frozen.

This cold is killing us.

The first thing we noticed were these.

The vending machines.

There is 1 of these machines every 20 meters.

We are here with Hachiko, the dog that died while waiting for his owner.

We can finally erase pigs tongue and heart

from the list of things that we always wanted to eat.

Thank you Japan.

We have arrived at our sunset point.

With this stunning sunset in the Golden Temple we say goodbye to Amritsar.

We have come back for the sunset.

There is no beach without a sunset.

Monica will enjoy the sunset

from the best spot.

We saw an incredible sunset.

With this beautiful sunset we say goodbye to Bagan.

Thanks to our new friends Josy and Jessie

we will still be able to enjoy a stunning sunset here on the lake.

We say goodbye to this day with a beautiful sunset.

Without a doubt the most impressive sunset we have seen in our lives.

They always say that you cannot be lucky in the game and in love.

And I prefer to be lucky in love.

7 years since this couple started to travel and to explore the world.

And now we want to share it all with you.

Ready for the last surprise?

The only limits are in your head.

So travel, as far as you can.

It's the best thing you can do in your life.

Before coming to India people told me:

"either you'll love it or you'll hate it."

This is my opinion:

this is a country that you have to live

and enjoy

and that's how you'll be able to understand it.

This is definitely one of the most impactfull experiences

that I've lived here in India.

This was definitely not made to come here in flip flops.

It's really slippery.

3 times they told me:

be carefull with your knee.

And what happens?

I obviously hit my knee.

I was bit by a shark.

You can see it's teeth.

Check out the result after trying to take our special photo.

It's because of experiences like these

that we love to travel so much.

These are incredible places.

I don't know what else to say.

I had never imagined us walking

on the rim of an active volcano,

like we are doing right now.

This is the best

and this is why we travel.

It's starting to get

difficult to breath.

It's marvelous, it's impressive,

it's spectacular,

it's magical, ...

I cannot find the words to describe what we are seeing right now.

It's getting worst with every passing minute.

The Shanghai Tower is already half covered in clouds.

It was this or nothing.

Here is where we'll spend the next 15 hours.

This is my bed.

Be carefull because here we have a non zigzag shaped bridge.

So demons can pass over this bridge without a problem.

Better yet, there is one sitting over there.

You know that when you see chinese symbols in Mexico or Belgium

it's always a restaurant.

And here I'm seeing lots of chinese symbols

but non of them is a restaurant.

I'm hungry.

Cheers to the Koreans.

I've been waiting for this for a long time.

And it doesn't disappoint.

Have a nice meal.

And cheers.

The smells, the colors, the music, the noise, everything.

This is like coming home.

This is our first Christmas as VagaJuntos and we are fortunate enough to be spending it in Hong Kong.

Merry Christmas!

We are heading out.

We weren't lucky

because the parks security guard kicked us out.
