At this time, would you please stand for today's Pledge of Allegiance.
I pledge allegiance to the Flag of the United States of America and to the Republic for
which it stands, one nation, indivisible, with liberty and justice for all.
This year's Homecoming dance is themed Once Upon a Time.
The dance is Saturday, September 30th from 7-10 PM.
Doors open at 6:30.
Tickets are $15 each.
Tickets go on sale in all three lunches on Thursday, September 21st and will be sold
until Friday, September 29th.
No tickets will be sold at the door.
Get all glammed up and we will see you on Saturday, September 30th!
The Fellowship of Christian Athletes will begin meeting EVERY OTHER Wednesday starting
on October 4th at 7:00 am in the CPC.
You do not have to be an athlete to attend ...everyone is welcome!
Come join us for a time of fellowship and devotions.
Donuts will be provided.
Please see Coach Nauer or Coach Larson with any questions.
Attention juniors and seniors.
We will have a representative from Walsh University visiting CFHS tomorrow September 28th during
2nd period, and a representative from the University of Akron visiting on October 3rd
during 6th period.
If you would like to meet with either them, please sign up in room 213.
You must give your teacher 24 hours notice of your intention to do so.
CYO Referee Academy is looking for High School and College Students wanting to learn how
to officiate basketball games at the 3rd and 4th grade level.
If you want to make some extra money, and be a part of CYO and its mission, the Diocese
of Cleveland CYO is looking for you!
Games are held on Saturdays and Sundays in the winter beginning December 3 – February
4.
CYO will conduct training's in October & November at various locations.
Officials will be paid between $12- $15 a game to officiate.

Stop down in room 105 for the grand opening of the discount store "Student Selections."
Fill a bag for $1.
Homecoming attire is now available.
Store hours will be posted outside of room 105.

The Cuyahoga Falls Fresh Farm is looking for a few extra students to volunteer during lunch
on Fridays in order to help collect compost materials.
If you are interested in helping out with this important initiative, please see Mr.
McIntosh or Mr. Newlon as soon as possible.
Compost collection will begin Friday during lunch.
Your Black Tiger football team will be playing Wadsworth this Friday for your homecoming
game.
The theme is black and gold and you can purchase your tickets before, or after school in the
athletic office in the 100s.
Tickets are $4 for students and $6 for adults.
