Well travelers I just finished my trip to Venice.
It was an amazing experience and I realized the obvious:
Venice is a tourist spot
and being a touristy place makes it an expensive place. So expensive that water costs more than two Euros
but somehow people still come
and that's why I asked the question:
Why do people come to Venice? What is so special about Venice?
Well Venice really is an amazing place
from the moment you leave the train station you realize that Venice is special.
It is amazing how one place is connected with so many water channels
Its normal in Venice to see an ambulance going through a channel and not a concrete street.
and how the public transportation system
operates with vaporettos. Boats carrying hundreds of people each day
through the canals of this beautiful city.
But the best thing about Venice
it's simply walk without any plan and get lost
explore those secret passageways that lead you to amazing places
that you can only see if you have no plan
the best of Venice is just let yourself go and enjoy.
