Waching daily Sep 1 2017

Welcome to the Forgiveness of self meditation.

Find somewhere to sit that is peaceful and comfortable.

Close your eyes.

Have your hands losely in your lap.

Breath gently and deeply.

Focus

all of the things

that you need to forgive yourself for.

Be honest and truthful with yourself.

This is between you and God only.

As you forgive yourself for each thing

wait calmly

until any guilt

or shame

is transmuted

and until you feel love for yourself.

Take your time.

Close this meditation

with a prayer of love for God.

Open you eyes when you are ready.
