because I'll tell you how is my life
as a YouTuber and as a mom.
To be honest, being a YouTuber, working mom and mom
at the same time,
it's not so easy sometimes.
Because among thinking about what cakes to make,
shooting the videos...
editing and publishing them,
it's a never ending job.
For our children, it's super important that we help them
that we help them find their time and space
to play and to develop critical skills.
I'm so happy to tell you that I've been chosen
by the US Toy Association
to be the first Spanish speaking
Ambassador of Genious of Play.
That is such an honor!
They teach the importance of learning
through play.
Let me tell you some tips that help me a lot
to find the balance between being a mom and working
without giving up on any of them.
It's important to be organized to find those moments,
where you can stop
and you can even give them activities
that they can do by themselves.
Putting together a calendar,
is such a great activity!
It helps you take advantage of each minute of the day
and they get really excited to know
what activities are planned for the rest of the week.
I like to leave them alone in their rooms
that are full of toys!
And I pay attention to what they do.
I'm fascinated to find them making up fantastic worlds
that can only exist in the mind of a little one,
or when they make their pieces of art,
that of course we celebrate with enthusiasm!
I love to hear them laughing and enjoying themselves!
Letting play outside, where they develop fundamental
physical skills.
Organizing play dates with their friends
give them the opportunity to explore roles
and to let them create their own imaginary world.
Because with each game, they learn to
manage their feelings, to negotiate and to think.
