Hi it's shox for "Pro's secrets n°2"

Hi everyone, it's bodyy for "Pro's secrets n°2"

Hey it's Kenny for "Pro's secrets n°2"

Hey VaKarM it's apEX for "Pro's secrets n°2"

What's your first memory related to CS?

My first memory on Counter-Strike...

I used to play on CS_Siege on 1.5

I was like 9 or 10 years old

And I really liked waiting for the guys that always went through the sewer when I was on T side

I always waited for them in FFA games and made like 3 kills everytime, I was so happy

I used to play condition zero with bots

I played the campaign with them and I really liked it

I tried every single level even if I got destroyed everytime

My first memory related to CS...well

Ah yeah, I remember the first time my brother brought me to a cybercafé

I used to play on his computer, killing bots on de_vegas

So once he just decided to take me to a cybercafé

I was really happy

And I remember that...

I was so loud and shouting all the time they had to kick me out

I started playing in a cybercafé

Where I used to live, that's my first memory, that's where I discovered the game

So when I think about my first CS, I think about that place

What's the most welcoming country you've been to?

Everyone is pretty cool here in Poland

But I'd say Canada, I really liked it

Canada

The most welcoming country...I'd say China, because...

they're VERY kind

It's not easy to say because we usually stay in hotels, we can't really compare

So if I had to choose one...I'd say China

Who's your greatest encounter within the Esports world?

Eddy

shox

My greatest encounter...NiaK (G2's manager)

Not easy to say as well...there are many

But I'd say my teammates, because they're the one I spend most of my time with

And especially those that I've been with for a long time

like Kenny and Nathan (NBK), I've been playing with them for a long time now

We have to bear each other all the time

So I'd say they're my greatest encounter

What's your best memory with a fan?

When I was in China, there was this guy...

at that time I was calling myself "shoxieJESUS"

and he brought me a...

a kind of...how was it called again? With the cross

A what? Right, a rosary

but not a real one, it was a necklace with wooden beads

and at the end he made a wooden jesus statue because of "shoxieJESUS", I really liked it

I don't have a memory in particular, but I really appreciate everyone's attentions

sometimes I get drawing or things like that, I like it a lot

I don't have one in particular, it's just always meeting the fans it's pretty...

It's amazing, right now with esports becoming more and more popular I kinda feel like...

for someone like me who likes football, I sometimes feel like a famous football player

so I like all the fans in general, those who always support us

What has been the most difficult moment of your career?

When I was kicked from EnVy

This week

The hardest moment of my career? Probably two days ago

Given the circumstances I'd say here and now

It's pretty...I wasn't expecting...

I think that when we created this team no one of us expected we wouldn't get out of the group stage, let's be honest

I personnaly have gave a lot for the tournaments and for everything

so yesterday...no, the day before, it was a really difficult moment

Your best memory related to Esports?

Our victory at the ECS season 1

And also the Major at the DreamHack Winter 2014

It's hard to say, but I'm kinda getting tired of living in the past I think we have to move forward

The ECS season 1 was only a year ago so it's still recent

and that was my first victory as IGL so it was a great personal satisfaction

I think it's our victory in Dallas (ESL Pro League Season 5)

That was a really great memory...well I suppose it's always a great memory when you win

First that was when we lost the Major against fnatic (ESL One Cologne 2015)

Not because we lost....

But to be able to play the Major finals in the Lanxess Arena

The atmosphere was so crazy with the French fans

And our victory at the following Major, at Cluj-Napoca

My best memory was when I won the Major

I think that less than 20-25 players in the world have won a Major, so...

It's really amazing so of course

When we won the Major at Cluj-Napoca with EnVyUs

Outside of Esports, which personalty inspires you ?

My dad

Conor McGregor...that's completely me, my personnality is based on him

...Booba (French rapper)...joking!

More seriously, Christiano Ronaldo, he inspires me a lot even if I don't apply what he does as much as I should

I watch many sports

And the two figures that inspire me the most

I'd say first Zinedine Zidane, for his great career and great character

And also Roger Federer

He's such a myth, a legend in tennis

And not just as an athlete, but as a man also

I think that if we all had to follow someone's example, it should be his

Because he's the most humble man and the most...

He's got so many qualities and can't say them all here

Did you ever think about giving up on CS ? If yes, why, and to do what?

Yes I did

Simply because...

There are times when I don't feel up to the task

these times are pretty hard, but it wasn't like

"Did I ever feel down during three months and almost gave up everything?"

No it was never to this point, I don't want to stop and I'll go as far as possible

When I feel confident again things get better

But at times when things aren't going well, you can't make the difference

You can't feel useful to the team

You're like "what am I doing here"?

These times are really difficult, psychologically speaking

Before becoming a pro player I was planning to become a policeman

project which I pretty quickly gave up

Because I got my first contract as a pro...

And I stopped going to the gym

I was also a cashier for some time but that's not my dream job

So if I could continue being a pro player I'd never say no

Give up on CS? No never, not yet.

Give up on CS... I've had a time in my career which was pretty difficult

But it's old already, that was in 2013

Apart from that I never gave up, I always did my best

We can't really...

We can't really say we'll stop playing CS tomorrow

Not now, what we're leaving right now is so incredible

I personnally started playing in 2007, the lans where so small, there was no one and I was happy with that

I always slept in my sleeping bag

Now that I see what Esports have become

I'll stop when I realize that I don't have the level anymore

Or when I don't have the motivation anymore, but overall in my career it only happened once for one month

So I don't think it'll happen anytime soon

What's the best place for you to rest and recharge your batteries?

When I go fishing, by far

Nothing better for me, I'm going during my holidays and it's gonna feel great

That's why I'm going to be so strong when I come back in August...

Ok now that I said that I'll make like two kills for sure

No seriously I really like it

Nature, no phone, no electronic devices, no social networks

You cut yourself off the world

Just chilling near the water with your rod, your friends and family

Just chill, relax with the birds singing and the fish jumping

For me that's perfect

I used to live in the coutryside and I just moved in southern Spain near the sea

To me that's the best place to rest and chill

At home, with my friends

I like to rest at my family's home, with my parents or grand-parents

It always feels great to spend time with my family

It allows us to forget a bit about our problems, like what happened during this Major

We're on holiday right now

I'm going to leave for a bit and see my parents

The best times are with my family, without hesitation

Thanks to the players for answering our questions!
