an accessory which I believe it's essential
while learning how to roller skate or
when we want to do routes in the city
this accessory is the helmet
there are thousands of shapes, sizes
and flavours of helmets
but I want to show you how did I
got mine, what do you need
to know that your helmet is really going to be safe
and make you feel more comfortable
with this accessory
and well let's start with this video

Well guys, first thing you have to know
to get a good helmet
is to have a helmet that suits you
for knowing the size of you helmet,
we will need a measuring tape
which is completely flexible
this ones are used by clothes designer
I got it in a cloth store
but I also have seen them in stationary stores
and it cost me $3 mexican pesos (20 cents of USD)
so it's really accessible and easy to get
and now for measuring our head, to know our exactly size
what we have to do
is to place the metal part of the
measuring tape just in the front of our head
where our third is placed
and we will sorround the measure tape until
getting again
where the initial mental point is
be sure that the tape is straight
and after that, very carefully we will
take it off
the other part and
we will see our size
in this case I'm 53cm or
21 inches
in these kind of measurement tapes
it comes both measurements
so if you are looking for a helmet
in centimeters or inches, well you will know
your size and this centimeters
comes inside the helmet
where they show you
the centimeters it will measure
here we have the centimeters that come from
51 to 56 cms
