State of Origin 2017: NSW players ill, in silence after crazy first half

Exhausted NSW players were on the verge of being physically ill and sat in almost silence in the sheds at half-time after one of the most frenetic openings to a State of Origin match in recent memory.

Several of the Blues stars buckled over when they returned to their rooms underneath Suncorp Stadium shortly after Mitchell Pearces try on the stroke of half-time broke Queensland hearts – and broke the series wide open – following a brutal 40 minutes.

The Maroons completed every set they had, while the Blues made only one mistake in a near faultless beginning – which was devoid of any meaningful stoppages given Matt Cecchin put the whistle away to let the game flow.

And it was only when they were out of the public eye that the true toll of the first half was revealed after both teams exploits in the first half earned rave reviews.

I tried my hardest to spew at half-time and couldnt get anything up, Blues winger Brett Morris said. A couple of blokes walked in at half-time and were pretty close to spewing, just out on their feet.

We had to sit down and have quiet time just to get our breath back. Origins one of those things.

You take your body to places it doesnt usually go to and dont reach in club football. A few guys at half-time were worse for wear.

JTBCs upcoming variety show Hyoris Homestay has finished filming. Lee Hyori opened up her home as a homestay for 12 days for the shoot. IU joined Lee Hyori and her husband as a helper. Soompi. Display. News. English. 300x250. Mobile. English. 300x250.

ATF. The producer Ma Gun Young said, We filmed for  about 15 days including the preparation stages, and it wasnt easy because it was a 24-hour observation shoot, without the staffs intervention.

[Lee Hyori and IU] found that a bit challenging, but they had fun filming along with the non-celebrity guests..

They added, Lee Hyori and IU grew closer. It was awkward at first since they were filming at Lee Hyoris house and not on stage, but as time passed, they became closer and IU seemed comfortable, like Lee Hyoris little sister.

While she did work a bit, she also could rest during the shoot, too..

Meanwhile, the variety show works under the premise that Lee Hyoris home on Jeju Island is turned into a homestay for travellers. There will be about 12 episodes of the show. It will begin to air sometime in June.

Its been about a week since the news was broken to us that SISTAR is disbanding. We cant believe its happening either, but we know that these four women wont stop amazing us or maintaining their close friendship.

Here are 8 SISTAR moments well never forget.

Remember their hit Loving U? It was just one of many summer jams that made us want to jump out of our seats and run to the closest beach. That time Dasom called out the industry.

Well, say it aint so! When Hyorin discussed on an episode of Yoo Hee Yeols Sketchbook how she wrote songs that didnt make it to the album, Dasom was quick to respond why.

Where is the lie? This is just one example of how honest the members of SISTAR are. Hyorin on Unpretty Rapstar.

If you thought Hyorin was perfect because of her vocals, then her rap will blow your mind. Hard work definitely pays off, and she even raps about it.

Just like Dasom, or any of the other members, Hyorin is not afraid to voice her opinion and wrote a song about putting love on the back burner in order to focus on the daily grind and hustle.

That time they made fun of each other.

Okay, that was sort of cheating. They make fun of each other ALL the time, so it isnt exactly one particular moment. But real talk, theyre absolutely ruthless with each other and its seriously the best thing to observe.

This one is kind of cheating also, but their choreography is too good to leave out of the list. SISTAR isnt afraid to go there.

And by there, we mean the darker, sexier, more sultry side of things. Theyre always pushing the boundaries of K-pop for the better and promoting female power with their songs, dances, and personalities.

When Hugh Jackman fell in love with them.

Or should it be the other way around and say when SISTAR fell in love with Hugh Jackman?.

Although it was only half a minute, the comment by Peter Griffin was spot on! What is this and how can I make my life about this? Im sure his life has not been the same ever since.

Lastly, we cant forget all the unforgettable moments they gave to us in SISTARs Showtime. From doing the dishes, to hyping themselves up, to anticipating food delivery, they gave us a glimpse into their sisterhood and the unbreakable bond among the four of them.

Theyre just four girls in the real world trying to make it. We will truly miss them as the group SISTAR!.
