CS:GO News: TyLoo withdrawing from ELEAGUE Major & other teams having issues? - Duration: 2:59.

There's been some news regarding the pro scene in relevance to the "Major" starting next

month.

The first and biggest news comes from the Chinese team TyLoo which has been reported

to withdraw from the major.

According to the article from Dekay, it all began because BnTet who plays for TyLoo was not able to

acquire a VISA in time for the Major.

So the plan was to replace him with "Peacemaker" as a stand-in.

In the rules of the major, Peacemaker is the only player allowed to replace BnTet since

he was their coach when they played their way up to the Major.

Unfortunately Peacemaker and TyLoo couldn't come to an agreement to have him as a stand-in

so right now it seems that they might not be participating in the major.

Talk about a not so peaceful scenario.

But, what could this mean for us?

I'm not sure yet, some people think this means TyLoo will be sitting at the 0-3 position.

Others believe TyLoo will be replaced by another team, but I really don't think this will happen.

One thing is sure, TyLoo stickers are now on the front-page of the Steam market, which

means people see an interest in buying and selling them because they most likely believe

they won't be playing in the major. Who knows...

Over to SK Gaming, it seems that even though SK will have to play the Major with felps

instead of Boltz, TACO revealed that they will still practice with Boltz.

Swani, an analyst for SK, explained why, and said that majors are supposed to be the tournaments

with the highest competition but with Valve's outdated stand-in rules it has taken a big hit.

He also says that it's important to practice for the entire year instead of focusing too

much on one major, especially since the prize money isn't as big as a Dota2 major.

Therefor it just isn't worth practicing all over again with a new player.

He also said that people seem to confuse that not practicing with felps doesn't mean that

we don't take it serious.

Anyway this could mean that SK might be weakened because they won't play with their main roster.

Astralis might also be suffering from the same thing.

It's unsure if Device, one of the main players and stars of Astralis will recover in time

from his sickness or condition as he states himself.

Worst case, Zonic, their coach would probably have to stand-in.

So far this Major seems like a total mess for some of the teams.

It will certainly be interesting to follow the upcoming news from the pro scene and if

Valve will step in somehow.
