Siemens has implemented the control and force system for grinding and calcination of gypsum for the Gyplac plant located in Cartagena.

The supply of this project includes:

a container with CCM

a control and supervision system

The distributed periphery for the modernization of grinding and calcination of gypsum

With the modification and expansion of the gypsum calcination unit, the current capacity was increased from 20 Ton / h to 30 Ton / h

at the DryWall manufacturing plant.

This project was carried out with COMOS, Siemens software, which allows assimilates the planning and operation environments,

that results in more efficient workflows, as well as greater productivity and quality.
