Chelsea Transfer News: Alex Sandro 'Won't Leave' Juve, Says Massimiliano Allegri

Juventus manager Massimiliano Allegri has dismissed speculation linking Alex Sandro with a move to Chelsea, saying the left-back wont leave the Italian champions.

As reported by James Benge of the Evening Standard, the Brazilian is one of the Blues top targets for the summer, with manager Antonio Conte keen to strengthen his options on the left flank.

However, Allegri said the defender will be staying where he is, per PremiumSport (h/t Benge): Alex Sandro? Hes a Juventus player, hes extraordinary and he wont leave us.

Hes improved so much since he came to Juve and he has the margins to improve again. Along with Marcelo, hes on the best in the world..

Its noted in the report the Premier League champions have already seen an offer of £61 million rejected for Sandro.

According to Benge, Conte wants to add another four players to his squad before the window shuts, including competition for Marcos Alonso on the left and Victor Moses on the right. Both players excelled as wing-backs last season in a 3-4-3 setup.

As well as Sandro, Arsenals Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Monaco man Djibril Sidibe are said to be on Chelseas list of targets, as well as Southampton duo Cedric Soares and Ryan Bertrand.

The Juve left-back would be the most eye-catching acquisition, though, as he is someone with the quality to push Chelsea on to another level. Per OptaPaolo, the 26-year-old is a major threat when he bustles down the wing:.

Tactically, hed also be a very smart addition for Chelsea. During his time at Juventus, Sandro has operated as both a natural full-back and a wing-back. That versatility would see him thrive under Conte, who demands all his players to be adaptable.

Sandro also has the physical attributes to blossom in English football.

When he gets up to speed with the ball, he is so difficult to rob possession from, while the former Porto man also boasts the energy and defensive appetite to recover his position quickly.

Hes become so important to the way in which Juventus operate, and as a result, its no surprise Allegri is ready to dismiss any offer that comes in for him.

According to Kaveh Solhekol of Sky Sports, the Bianconeri want to extend his stay in Turin:

Alonso did a brilliant job at left wing-back last season for Chelsea, showcasing excellent technical quality, brilliant delivery and offering a goal threat. Sandro would bring an altogether different threat and give Conte two outstanding options on that side of the pitch.

Juventus will be reluctant to cash in, though, especially having already lost two key defensive cogs in Leonardo Bonucci and Dani Alves in this transfer window.

With that in mind, itd be a massive surprise to see Sandro donning anything other than the iconic black and white jersey in 2017-18.

Royal News UK: Royal Family Under Fire After Prince George Seen Feeding Ice Cream to Pet Dog Lupo - Duration: 1:52.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge recently released news photos of their son Prince George

for his third birthday but the Royal Family is now under fire after one of the snaps showed

him feeding ice cream to their pet dog, Lupo.

There were four photos released on the official Twitter page of the Kensington Palace.

In the first snap he was seen sitting on a swing, the second photo showed Prince George

standing on the same swing, and the third photo showed a candid snap of him walking.

However, the last photo has raised concerns by various animal welfare organizations.

The last photo showed Prince George seemingly attempting to feed Lupo ice cream.

According to animal experts, dogs are allergic to dairy products as well as chocolates.

This could lead to serious repercussions to the health of the animal if fed with such

food, Fox 32 reported.

The Royal Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals (RSPCA) said in a statement that

they appreciate Prince George being generous to his pet but what he did could be dangerous

to the animal.

RCPA noted, "It is lovely that Prince George is trying to help keep his family dog, Lupo,

cool in these high temperatures.

We would advise to be cautious when giving their dogs food meant for human consumption

as some items, like chocolate, can be highly toxic to dogs and dairy items can be difficult

for them to digest."

They also suggested that an ice cream treat could be made for pets using pet-friendly

ingredients.

Historian Jenny Hocking is asking the Federal Court to force the National Archives of Australia to release the letters between the British monarch, who is also Australia's constitutional head of state, and her former Australian representative, Governor-General Sir John Kerr

The Archives have classified the letters as "personal," meaning they might never be made public

The letters would reveal what, if anything, the queen knew about Kerr's plan to dismiss Prime Minister Gough Whitlam's government in 1975 to resolve a deadlock in Parliament

It is the only time in Australian history that a democratically elected federal government was dismissed on the British monarch's authority

The dismissal stunned Australians and bolstered calls for the country to sever its colonial ties to Britain and become a republic

Whitlam's own son, lawyer Antony Whitlam, is arguing the case on behalf of Hocking, and took on the case free of charge

Hocking, a Whitlam biographer, argues that Australians have a right to know the details of their history, and that the letters written in the months leading up to the unprecedented dismissal are key to unraveling the truth

"It needs to be settled once and for all," she said during a court recess

"There's a lot of uncertainty in this

"Antony Whitlam argued that the letters should be viewed as official, rather than personal, documents in part because the relationship between the governor-general and the Queen is an official one

"It couldn't seriously be suggested that there was a personal relationship between the Queen and John Kerr," he told the court

If the letters lose their "private" and "personal" classification, they are free to be made public 30 years after they were written like other government documents held in the Archives

That means they could be available immediately

Lawyer Tom Howe, who is representing the Archives, told the court that there was a distinction between the institution of the governor-general and the governor-general himself

The governor-general himself, Howe argued, is not a national institution, and thus his personal records are owned by him and are not subject to the Archives Act

The Act allows for the release of official records

Questions and conspiracy theories still swirl about the motivations surrounding the prime minister's dismissal

Kerr, who died in 1991, said the decision to oust Whitlam was his alone

But some Australians believe the Queen had a hand in the decision

One of the most spectacular theories is that the US Central Intelligence Agency ordered Whitlam's dismissal because the agency feared his government would close a top-secret US intelligence facility in the Australian Outback

Kerr rejected that theory as false

Before 1975, few Australians realized the governor-general — whose role is largely ceremonial — had the power to fire a prime minister during a constitutional crisis

That crisis began when the opposition party tried to force Whitlam to call general elections by blocking routine legislation in the Senate that allowed the government to pay public servant salaries and provide services

Whitlam refused to call an election, sparking a weeks-long constitutional impasse

Kerr then fired Whitlam, called an election and appointed opposition leader Malcolm Fraser as prime minister

Weeks later, Fraser's coalition won an overwhelming election victory

Critics of Kerr dubbed his firing of Whitlam an ambush, and said the governor-general should have warned the prime minister that it was coming

Kerr said he was worried Whitlam would have fired him first if he'd tipped him off ahead of time

Monday's hearing was the only one scheduled in the case

Federal Court Justice John Griffiths is expected to issue a ruling at a later date

ARSENE WENGER is ready to write off up to £125million of talent by letting the likes of Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil leave for NOTHING – and incredibly insists it is an ideal situation.

The Frenchman – whose side won the Emirates Cup on Sunday – came out swinging when quizzed on the reality of having the clubs biggest names running down their contracts.

Arsenal star Alexis Sanchez has spoken of how he wants to play for a team in the Champions League.

German midfielder Mesut Ozil has been a key figure for the Gunners during this pre-season. Sanchez, Ozil, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain, Santi Cazorla and Jack Wilshere are among a group of players with just a year left on their current deals.

But Wenger is adamant players who run their contacts down are more determined to play well and show their worth to earn a new deal – and not necessarily move on.

Asked if he was happy for Ozil to run down his £140,000-a-week deal, Wenger said: Yes. It is not an issue and I think its an ideal situation because everyone has to perform.

It should not change if you have two years or one year left, you go out on the pitch.

Arsene Wenger could be set to lose his two prized assets this summer as Ozil and Sanchez have failed to agree on a new deal.

The Chilean international is attracting interest from Manchester City and Paris Saint-Germain. And even if it happens that a player leaves it doesnt matter. It looks normal to me and I am amazed you are surprised at that.

I think in the future you will see this more and more – because transfer fees become so high, but it will happen because nobody will want the pay the amount of money demanded.

Im convinced that in the next ten years this will become the usual thing. Reports claim Chile striker Sanchez will try to force through a move to Manchester City within the next week.

divorce.

In a report by Celebrity Dirty Laundry, Queen Elizabeth thinks that the Duchess of Cambridge

is using her pregnancy as a reason to not attend many events.

She is also reportedly using her pregnancy to escape Royal responsibilities.

The publication pointed out that as of current Queen Elizabeth and Middleton are feuding

and are not in good terms.

Many reports are saying that Queen Elizabeth has set up some royal engagements for Middleton

beforehand and due to her pregnancy, she might reason out so that she could stay at home.

Accordingly, both Middleton and Prince William are dubbed as the laziest royal couple ever

so the third pregnancy of the Duchess of Cambridge might make them lazier even more.

As for the divorce rumors, it was reported that Middleton and Prince William might no

longer push through with that as they believe that having a third baby would save their

failing marriage.

Middleton's followers have also noticed that her belly seems to be growing in recent photos

making them all the more believe that she is indeed pregnant.

These reports, however, have not been denied or confirmed.
