He said on ESPN FC: "No I don't specifically because right at this moment in time Hazard is coming back from ankle surgery.
"I'm not going to pay upwards of £100m for a player who I don't know is going to be back to his best or full fitness at any stage. "Why would you do that? It makes no sense to me.
"Absolutely they can say no unless they can get a crazy offer but as I said I'm not buying a player who is not fit and who has just had ankle surgery.
They bought Aquilani a few moons ago when he'd had ankle surgery and the guy was never the same again so if I'm going to spend £100m I'm not spending it on an injured player.".
Antonio Conte will make another plea for more signings at Chelsea this week as he fears for his job at Stamford Bridge.

Chelsea have so far spent £130m on Alvaro Morata, Tiemoue Bakayoko, Antonio Rudiger and Willy Caballero but Conte wants more signings. Juventus left-back Alex Sandro, Arsenal's Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain and Bayern Munich midfielder Renato Sanches are all on his radar.

Chelsea have not made a bid for Antonio Candreva, according to Inter Milan manager Luciano Spalletti. He said: "Absolutely not. A lot of things happened during this summer in the market and this is another thing. But this is not true.
We intend to keep Candreva." Spalletti then indicated Candreva could be sold but admitted he would need a replacement before he would allow him to leave. He added: "Even if we sell him we will need to bring in another wide player.".
