Six months in space, it marks your life

Going into space allows you to take a step back,

that we can't have on Earth.

We see how we are all on board the same spaceship.

This big blue ball that goes through the void of space where there is no life,

and that has limited resources.

We become aware of how fragile the Earth is.

It's necessary to work in good intelligence,

even if we didn't choose to be together,

to make the trip last as long as possible.

When you go out on an extra vehicular activity

it's really the experience where you fly,

and we are alone in space, in the cosmos.

We have the empty space just on the other side of the visor,

a thin layer of glass that separates us from absolute nothingness,

it's an unforgettable feeling.

Its one thing to be aware of it before leaving,
