Hello everybody! I am Andy and today I'm going to teach you

how to make bell pepper and tomato crostini

The first thing we have to do, is to cut the end of

our bell pepper, take the seeds

we are going to open it and start to clean it

we cut it in strips so after we can make little squares

And we are going to make

the same with the red bell pepper

After that, we are going to take cherry tomatoes

and we are going to cut it in half

We take a green onion, we are going to clean it

wash it well, and we are going to

cut it to add it to our vegetables

We put the pan on the stove

Add some oil, and we let it cook

In another pan, we are going to add some garlic

in little cubes

We are going to cut the baguette that we learn to do in the previous video

in medallions

that we are going to fry in garlic oil

Meanwhile, we are going to add some say sauce

some sugar

some sesame seeds

and they are ready

We put the pan with garlic and oil on the stove

we are going to add some butter

and when this is disolved

we are going to add the bread

After 2 minutes we turn them over

and we let them go golden brown on the other side

we take them out and put the vegetables that we made on top

and they are ready to eat

JOHN BOWLBY, PSYCHIATRE AND PSYCHANALYST - 60 seconds of PSY # 27 - Duration: 1:50.

John Bowlby is a psychiatrist and psychoanalyst British.

He is famous for his work on attachment who is interested in the relationship between the mother

and the child.

Raised to "British fashion", he is caught in charge by a nanny and only sees that

very little his mother.

These experiences during childhood will make it sensitive to the pain of the child, and that's

why after the second world war, he will be appointing head of a study by

WHO, on the needs of orphaned children.

Following the teaching of Melanie Klein, he breaks off very quickly from psychoanalysis

drawing inspiration from research in ethology, and in particular Harlow's work on

Rhesus macaques and Lorenz on geese.

According to Bowlby, the child has systems behavioral, like crying, smiling,

sucking, gripping ... to maintain contact with the caregiver or attachment figure.

He noted that a prolonged separation from the attachment figure brings the child to a

withdrawal.

Bowlby's theory will eventually bring Mary Ainsworth to set up her "strange

situation "which will bring out the different types of attachment in the child.
