hey guys it's me shulk welcome back to shulker news today we're going to be

talking about the new Nintendo Direct as well as the first two episodes of Steven

universe season 5 part 2 so first up is the new Nintendo Direct well by the way

by the time this reaches you it'll be the old director but the newest direct as of now

just a side note before we get into it

this is 3DS 2DS and switch games in no particular order but yeah, so firstly the

warioware trailer shows that Nintendo are still going with the

series adding new minigames and redesigning some old characters, also

mario tennis is coming to the switch with more awards for online tournaments as

well as new characters moves costumes and much more. Another few things on the

way are detective Pikachu, Luigi's Mansion, Bowser JR's journey, Kirby star

allies, Captain toad ,South park the fractured but whole, Little nightmares,

Crash bandicoot, hyrule warriors, there's a huge splatoon 2 update as well

as some paid dlc 1 splatoon 2 called octo and that's it... I'm just kidding

and for all of you undertale fans out there it's also coming in to switch

BTW I give up on the sub titles right now sry

but I just see you know before we get into Steven universe stuff now um

spoiler warning this is going to spoil the first two episodes so if you haven't

seen those or you know you have and you just you don't care you know you can

skip the video or pause it come back later so next up is the Steven universe

stuff first up is your mother or 9 which begins with getting the off colors and

Lars then she tells the off colors and large the true story of rose quartz and

the rebellion and then the episode ends with Lars and his crew flying off an

asteroid from mining group and Ostrow 9/4 refers to the ship after that is the

next episode which is letters to Lars it starts with Lars getting a letter

from Steven that recaps everything that has happened that has happened off

camera starting with purl getting a phone then

we see the CID killer on her bond are

then we see what city killer on her bond are up to followed but look what Jimmy

and the mailman is up to showing he's put it in an improv group called the

Beach City lifeguards after that we're told mayor Dewey is no longer mayor but

works at the big donut and the episode ends with us saying that steven has been

reading the letter to Lars the whole time for a night

Goldberg Is Making A Show About Knives Goldberg's making a show about knives.

The History Channel have announced Goldberg will be hosting their new programme Forged

In Fire: Knife Or Death' - a new nonfiction competition series where "The nation's

top bladesmiths, martial artists and knife experts slice, stab and chop their way through

some of the most daunting obstacle courses ever seen".

The programme will start on Tuesday 17th April, a week after Goldberg headlines this year's

Hall of Fame class.

Why's Goldberg hosting a show about knives, you might ask?

Well he does know a thing or two about 'spears'...

Because that's his finishing move.

Interestingly, Goldberg's not the only part of last year's Universal Championship match

at WrestleMania getting their own show…

Paul Heyman Getting His Own TV Show ...as according to The Wrap, Paul Heyman is

set to produce and star in his own TV series said to "straddle the line between talk,

opinion, comedy and pop culture — all with the one-of-a-kind Paul Heyman brand and energy

as the driving force".

Heyman himself told The Wrap the show is "Created by people with ADD for people with ADD, to

be enjoyed by people who would subscribe to a theology of ADD."

The Wrap notes that Brock Lesnar's isn't the only contract set to expire at WrestleMania

34, as Heyman's WWE deal comes to an end, too.

And while he could be paired up with a different wrestler - managing Ronda Rousey or a heel

Roman Reigns being the most exciting options - this new TV series could be Heyman lining

up work for the next post-WWE phase of his career.

But while Paul could be transitioning from wrestling to TV, we might have another huge

star going the other way.

Rock 'The Dwayne' Johnson For WrestleMania?

In an odd piece of news, British tabloid The Daily Star has noted that betting site Oddschecker

currently believes there is a 99% chance that Rock 'The Dwayne' Johnson will be at this

year's WrestleMania.

"The bookies believe he is almost certain to appear once again at The Showcase of the

Immortals and 1/100 implies a 99 per cent chance that we will see The People's Champion

inside the Squared Circle."

Those odds are… way more than 33 and a third per cent chance.

This huge jump is similar to when Daniel Bryan suddenly became the favourite to win January's

Royal Rumble, despite still being retired at the time.

Seemingly off the back of unsubstantiated rumours and fantasy booking, Bryan consistently

had some of the best winning odds in the days before the match even though he wasn't a

member of the active roster.

So The Rock making an appearance at WrestleMania could just be based on educated guesses and

no actual insider knowledge.

Or word has gotten out that WWE have plans for The Dwayne at the show, and bookies have

slashed his cameo odds accordingly.

It just so happens that Rock's new film Rampage - in which he befriends a giant albino

ape and fights a monster wolf that can fly - IN YOUR FACE, David Attenborough - is out

just several days after WrestleMania 34.

So a cameo at the show could be the perfect way to promote its release.

Another huge WWE return might also be planned for WrestleMania in Braun Strowman's mystery

tag partner!

Heres the latest news regarding Liverpool FC from Thursday, including a price being set by Roma for goalkeeper Alisson and plenty more.

Alisson price reportedly set.

Roma goalkeeper Alisson has been a target of the likes of Liverpool and Real Madrid this season, but the Italians have largely kept to the line that hes not for sale.

Now that appears to have changed, suggest reports in Italy.

Roma chiefs have now set the bar for a move at €60 million, according to Corriere dello Sport—a world record for a goalkeeper.

The report further suggests that other media outlets still feel the figure will rise closer to €80 million if Roma do eventually allow Alisson to depart.

With Loris Karius upsurge in form since the turn of the year, it remains to be seen whether the Reds still feel the need to invest in a new stopper for next season.

Sturridge return date in sight.

Daniel Sturridge has endured a nightmare spell on the sidelines yet again, but the end could be close.

The striker will miss this weekends game, where West Brom face Burnley.

But Sky Sports report hell return for the crunch match against Swansea.

If he makes it back for that fixture, and stays fit until the end of the season, Sturridge will feature in a further six games for the Baggies.

Bottom of the table and 10 points from safety, they badly need him to find his shooting boots in double quick time if theyre to escape the drop.

So far he has played just 78 minutes during his loan spell.

Ayesteran on Gerrard.

Former assistant to Rafael Benitez, Pako Ayesteran, has suggested it has long been apparent that Steven Gerrad has what it takes to be a top manager.

From the very first weeks training the Anfield club, Gerrards professionalism always came across, the former assistant told LFCTV.

I dont know him as a manager, but he has to try and put into practice the things hes trying to learn [and] make mistakes, because its the only way you can improve.

Another thing I think is important once you leave your football career is you have to forget what it meant to be a football player and think as a manager.

I think he is going through this process at the moment but he has all the qualities and attributes that, if he gets the best from this learning period, I am sure he can become a good manager in the future.

Gerrard has been leading Liverpools U18s this season, and the U19s in the UEFA Youth League.

Max on the move.

Schalke midfielder Max Meyer is almost certain to leave the Bundesliga club in the summer.

Liverpool, along with Arsenal and other Premier League sides, have been heavily linked with a move for the 22-year-old.

With his contract expiring in the summer, S04 have been trying to tie him down to a new deal—but Sporting Director Christian Heidel has admitted its unlikely, report Goal.

LFC gender pay gap announced.

Liverpool have revealed their gender pay gap at the club ahead of the national deadline after new UK regulations were introduced.

As expected theres a heavy discrepancy, with the payments included in calculations taking into account first-team players salaries.

The Echo report a 77.

51 per cent gap between males and females earnings at the club, as well as a 95.

52 per cent bonus pay gap.

Even after removing players wages from the equation the figures are still heavily skewed due to the fact all Liverpools senior football operations staff are male.

We continue to work hard at attracting women to join the club, but we do recognise that there is further work to be done to recruit more women in to senior positions, the clubs chief executive Peter Moore announced.

'Roseanne' Actress Mariel Hemingway Talks Controversial Same-Sex Kiss Moment | THR News - Duration: 3:09.

ABC's 'Roseanne' has never been a show to shy away from controversial topics --

the premiere episode of the rebooted series zoomed in on Roseanne Conner's

support for President Donald Trump, for example.

In fact, the series has a long history of making waves.

Flash back to to 24 years ago. 'Roseanne' started a political firestorm

with an episode featuring a same-sex kiss, and actress

Mariel Hemingway still can't get over the huge reaction to the scene.  

Hemingway played a lesbian named Sharon who passionately kissed

Roseanne in a gay bar during the 1994 "Don't Ask, Don't Tell" episode,

which became one of the show's most controversial of its 220 (and counting) installments.

"I was the girl who wasn't shy about doing something like that,"

the Oscar-nominated actress tells The Hollywood Reporter's Ryan Parker.

"I knew it would be super fun, and I thought it was a great show.

I didn't even think about it, I just knew, this is going to be awesome."

"Don't Ask, Don't Tell" was not the first time a kiss between two women was

shown on network television, but same-sex kissing was far from

commonplace when 'Roseanne' became the first comedy to do it.

At the time, ABC threatened not to air it, and some

reports noted that the network could lose $1 million in ad revenue.

"The religious right was very upset and there were other upset people,"

Hemingway recalls. "When you're doing something, you're in it and you

don't realize the impact that it will have. But then, it was several

weeks later, and they were about to air it, and it was so controversial."

Hemingway recalls that star Roseanne Barr demanded ABC air

"Don't Ask, Don't Tell." The actress notes: "Being on that set,

you realized that Roseanne was extremely powerful in the television world."

Nearly 20 million people watched the episode when it aired March 1, 1994.

Hemingway points out: "Once you saw it, it was ridiculously funny

because it wasn't a make-out session, it was just a little kiss that Roseanne

[the character] made a massive reaction to. I love the fact that I was a part of that,

a moment telling people of different sexual orientations that it's OK to be who they are."

The message obviously resonated with many, as Hemingway recalls:

"A lot of people stopped me in person and were like, 'Thank you so much.

I know it was silly, but it meant a lot to me. It made me feel like I wasn't

alone and it was OK.' And some of those were actors and others

in the entertainment industry who never felt

like they could be themselves, so that was pretty profound."

Hemingway notes that today that same TV kiss would not cause a stir

at all thanks to the evolution of programming over the last 20 years.

"You can get away with anything now," she says. "I don't like violence,

but I believe in the ability to say 'OK, this is who were are and you can choose

not to watch that.' But I think we need to be given that choice.

I don't like our rights being taken away in any form."

And if she got a chance to appear in the 'Roseanne' reboot should it return

for another season, Hemingway is all in. "I would love that," she says.

"I think it would be very funny to see what happened to Sharon."

Dame Joan Collins will only fist bump with people when she greets them - because she doesnt want to catch their germs.

The 84-year-old actress refuses to shake hands and hug her friends and co-stars anymore after she was struck down with influenza in December, and she cannot bear it when people try to plant a sloppy kiss on her cheek.

She said: I try to avoid shaking hands - instead offering my jaunty closed fist for a gentle bump, which is usually met by a puzzled expression unless the recipient is approaching puberty - much less this ghastly fad of kissing and hugging strangers.

The bane of my life is the bear hug followed by a sloppy kiss on the cheek from total strangers.

As I was born and brought up at a time where you didnt kiss or hug anyone except your family, and it was the norm to seldom receive much affection from your parents past the age of ten, this is a fad I cant adjust to.

The former Dynasty star felt as though she might be dying when she was struck down with the flu virus on a plane to Dubai late last year, which left her bed-bound for two weeks.

She said: I took to my bed like a Victorian lady with a case of the swoons - legs shaky as spaghetti, ribs aching from a hacking cough.

Bed-bound for a fortnight, I almost felt that the end was near. (Im an actress - you have to expect some drama.).

After being struck down with the infectious disease while she was in the air, Joan went to extreme lengths to protect herself from germs while on a recent flight, on which she put duct tape over her air vent and swabbed her seat with disinfectant wipes.

In a piece for the Daily Mail newspaper, she wrote: I have upped my one-woman war against germs.

A few weeks after my illness, on a flight from London to LA, I was adamant on blocking the airvent above me with duct tape and swabbing my seat and media screen vigorously with disinfectant wipes.

I had armed myself with enough hand sanitiser, nose-blocking gel and baby wipes to stock a corner chemist.

I was protecting myself from the zillions of invisible germs that lurk inside aeroplanes, as they do on every surface from door handles to lift buttons and supermarket trolleys.

Indeed, while Ive long worn gloves as a fashionable accessory, now I wear them whenever possible to protect myself against virulent germs..

George Michael had a secret childhood trauma, his former Wham! manager has claimed.

Simon Napier-Bell believes the late music legends creativity was triggered by an issue during the Careless Whisper hitmakers younger years which he didnt tell the public, and he may have even repressed in his own mind.

While the record producer admitted George - who died of heart and liver disease on Christmas Day 2016 aged 53

was devastated by his mum Lesleys death in 1997 and his partner Anselmo Feleppas passing four years earlier, he claims the singers real upset occurred years earlier.

Simon, 78, said: He was very open about the fact that he was upset by his mother dying and Anselmo dying. That wasnt the problem, that didnt cause George Michaels creativity.

It was childhood trauma that happens well before youre 12 or 13. He obviously looked very much inside himself but he never told anybody whatever it was that triggered it.

He didnt tell the public and he may not have even told himself, because thats another thing that happens to people, they feel a huge disquiet and they want to not look at it..

Simon believes George - who was arrested for possession of Class A drugs, including crack cocaine, in 2008, but didnt face any charges - was semi-suicidal during his drug-taking days.

He said: I knew there were a lot of drugs about and if somebody is doing drugs at a level which could kill them, I suppose it is semi-suicidal. Youre flirting with it.

Its like somebody who drives at 130mph when theyre drunk.

Theyre not trying to commit suicide but if they thought logically for a minute they would have to say they dont really care much for life if they are doing that..

George was airlifted to hospital after he fell out of a moving Range Rover on the M1 motorway in 2013, and Simon has insisted the One More Try star must have been doing something damn silly to have such a scrape with death.

Speaking to the Daily Mirror newspaper, Simon - who has been looking into the premature deaths of music stars such as Amy Winehouse and Kurt Cobain in documentary 27: Gone Too Soon - added: You dont fall out a Ranger Rover going 80mph by accident.

It might be an accident but you must have been doing something damn silly to make the accident happen.

You knew there was an instability there that one day would go just an inch further in the wrong direction and something would happen.

Which is probably what did happen. I dont for one second think its suicide in the conventional idea of what suicide is.
