Good Morning, my name is Ana Catarina Sequeira, founder of ZenCook®

and today L'll be showing you how to make cocoa and raspberry ice cream.

We start with two frozen bananas

Frozen raspberries.

Two table spoons cocoa.

70% cocoa chocolate.

Preferably a biologic and fair trade one.

Two table spoons of organic coconut oil.

And a teaspoon of peanut butter.

We blend it.

After it's all blended, we are going to decorate with melted chocolate

Cocoa sprinkles.

and roughly cut almonds.

to finish, two raspberries.

Here we have our chocolate ice cream with raspberries. Enjoy.
