[Motor]
Ouch! That starts well...
[Music]
Be careful because the lane at your right is not a lane at all
so you crash your car there. Greetings petrolheads
and welcome to a new chapter of "It's a
mod, mod world"! Today we're not examining
a car mod but we're racing on
Algarve. This is quite a nice track in
Portugal that you can find in many other
sims. For Assetto Corsa there is a track
mod by Tiago Lima and it's the mod that
I'm driving right now and that we're
gonna take a look together.
Ok, careful with that sausage...
Okay, so there's more ups and downs here
than I remember, at
the moment this track is looking good
I like how...
I like how I mess up...
See?
Somehow I'm remembering it all wrong,
so,
I have to take a while to acclimatize.
I think the first time
I raced on the Algarve track
was on one of the Grid games,
I think Project Cars has it also.
I like the way this track looks, so tell
you what: I'm gonna practice a little bit
more and then I'll have a nice race in
here so: see you later!
Lights are on in Algarve!

Cars everywhere
[Motor]
[Motor]
Well! Some chaos ensues there
[Motor]
[Motor]
Missed that apex even though I knew it
was coming.
[Motor]
[Motor]
[Motor]
Whoa!
[Motor]
Cars flying everywhere in the Curva
Primeira which in Portuguese means that
it's the first curve. Makes sense doesn't
it?
[Motor]
Be prepared to memorize a lot of the
apexes like this here
[Motor]
and the follow-up
[Motor]
because this track has a lot of
altitude differences and the mod
shows them very well.
Curva Primeira
[Motor]
Curva Lagos
[Motor]
[Motor]
Curva da Torre VIP, so I suppose that
there is where they
keep all the VIPs.
[Motor]
Curva Samsung. I wonder why they call
it that way...
[Motor]
Curva Craig Jones
Woah!
Oh, yeah, and the one that gets me
all the time is Curva Portim. Ouch!
Ouch, ouch, ouch, ouch...
[Motor]
What? And this here has no name?
Ooh, let's call it "eater of bad drivers" or
something like that.
[Motor]
Tell you what: I would love to see the
DTM racing in Algarve
instead of other boring places.
So my resumé about this mod is it's
fantastic.
Kudos to Thiago Lima who shows his
class as mod maker once again! The
altitude differences
here are incredibly well done, they make
it difficult to race. I gotta say I like
this mod a lot,
I only wish I had half a year to learn
it right
[Motor]
So this was the track mod Algarve.
