1 sprig of epazote

1/4 chopped onion

1 clove garlic

5 cooked tomatoes

8 tortillas

1 pasilla chilli roasted

Cut the tortillas into strips

Fry in vegetable oil

Remove seeds from pasilla chili

Cut the chili into strips

Fry the chili strips

Liquefy tomatoes with garlic and onion

1/2 liter of vegetable broth

Boil 5 minutes

Add salt, pepper and epazote

The flight was 1.45 hours long, we will take a bus called 100E

The bus was so crowded that

trying to take the Cevizlibağ Metrobus.

we ordered two of the most famous regional dishes of Hungary.

We ordered a portion of Goulash (can't pronounce it properly)

and a portion of Chicken Paprika

Their prices are

2950FT for Chicken Paprika,

average prices.

Budapest isn't really really cheap actually.

But it should also be considered that we are eating at a nice restaurant

maybe

in some street food type of places

the prices might be more reasonable.

We'll try, I'm so hungry that even this flower seems delicious to me

I'm struggling to hold my saliva in my mouth, I'm not joking.

According to my readings, if there's no plenty of vegetables in it, the Goulash isn't in good quality.

But this one has a lot of carrot and potatoes in it, I think this is a good one.

some rice would be good beside this.
