BTS Announced As Nominee For 2018 Kids' Choice Awards

BTS has been nominated for a category at Nickelodeons Kids Choice Awards!. On February 26, it was announced that BTS is a nominee for the Favorite Global Music Star category.

The group is up against Taylor Swift (North America), Black Coffee (Africa), Lorde (Australia/New Zealand), Maluma (South America), The Vamps (U.K.) and Zara Larsson (Europe). Soompi. Display. News. English. 300x250. Mobile. English. 300x250. ATF.

The Favorite Global Music Star category was launched for the first time last year with BIGBANG being one of the nominees, and this year, BTS has been chosen to represent Asia!.

Fans can begin voting for the Favorite Global Music Star category on March 5, and the awards ceremony itself will be held on March 24. Congratulations to BTS on their nomination!.

Monsta X Scheduled to Play U.S. Shows This Summer | Billboard News - Duration: 1:10.

This year is shaping up to be the summer of

K-pop as another group is headed stateside for tour, Monsta X!

The seven-member ensemble will be stopping in seven U.S. cities --

kicking off in Chicago, making stops in Atlanta, Dallas, New Jersey, b

efore wrapping up in Los Angeles at the Microsoft Theater,

the same venue where fellow K-pop stars BTS made their U.S. television

debut performance at the American Music Awards in 2017.

Originally formed on a television show back in 2015,

Monsta X has made regular appearances on the World Album charts,

where their project 'The Clan, Part 2.5 [Beautiful]' hit No. 1 last April.
