Beyoncé to headline Coachella Music Festival in April after bowing out last year due to pregnancy with twins

Beyoncé will headline the Coachella Music and Arts Festival in April, event organizers announced on Tuesday.

The 36-year-old superstar will be the Saturday closing act both weekends at the Empire Polo Club in Indio, California.

The Weeknd and Emimen also will be the headline performers on Friday and Sunday for both weekends.

Headline act: Beyonce, shown in October 2016 in New York City, will be a headliner in April at the 2018 Coachella Music Festival in Indio, California.

Coachella Music Festival organizers in January 2017 announced that Beyoncé would be the headliner, but a month later revealed she could not perform due to medical concerns regarding her pregnancy.

Beyoncé welcomed twins Rumi and Sir Carter in June at the Ronald Reagan UCLA Medical Center in Los Angeles.

The 19th annual music festival will take place over the weekends of April 13-15 and April 20-22.

Annual affair: The line-up for the annual music festival also includes Eminem and The Weeknd as headliners.

Additional performers include: SZA; Haim; Tyler, the Creator; Portugal.

The Man; Chic featuring Nile Rodgers; Kygo and Cardi B.

Tickets for the annual music festival will go on sale on Friday at coachella. com while supplies last.

Beyoncé also has five-year-old daughter Blue Ivy with husband Jay-Z.

Shes back: Beyoncé, shown in September 2016 in Santa Clara, California, was forced to drop out of the show last year due to her pregnancy.

The singers management company Parkwood Entertainment and festival producer Goldenvoice last year jointly announced that Beyoncé was pulling out of performing at the advice of her doctors.

The joint statement also said that Beyoncé would be a headliner at the 2018 festival.

Lady Gaga stepped into replace Beyoncé while the other two headline slots were taken by Radiohead and Kendrick Lamar.

Spring sing: The mother of three, shown performing in September  2016 in California, will headline both Saturdays at the annual spring event.

Announce to January 3rd: The wrestling team beat Hidden Valley 62-18

on December 20th on Senior Night, winning 10 of the 11 matches.

Ashoka Wagner, Kip Nininger, Johhny Baier, Grant Floyd, Zach Schmitt, Preston Wiest,

Mark Daroshefski, Ricardo Harrington, Malik Sallah and Jayden McCubbin won their individual

matches.

The wrestling team also competed at the 76th Team Holy Angels in Charlotte.

Malik Sallah won 1st place in his weight class.

Zach Schmitt got 2nd Place, and Preston Wiest got 4th Place.

Malik Sallah won the Outstanding Wrestler Award for the entire tournament.

'It's complex': Piers Morgan insists probing transgender Caitlyn Jenner about gender reassignment was 'educational' as he defends his line of questioning in Life Stories interview

Piers Morgan was forced to defend himself during a Life Stories interview with Caitlyn Jenner recently, after making a quip about her gender reassignment surgery.

During the pairs chat, which is set to air on ITV on Thursday, TV personality Piers, 52, questioned the 68-year-old star, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, about how shed changed physically, before adding there are certain areas we know about.

The comment appeared to rile up the onetime Olympian, who shot back: You made a comment there and thats why you would get in trouble, OK? You said certain areas - that, to a trans-person, is disrespectful.

  Confrontation: Caitlyn Jenner butted heads with Piers Morgan during an appearance on his Life Stories show, after the TV personality made a quip about gender reassignment surgery.

After Piers, who held a male doll resembling Caitlyn during her past as a younger athlete in his hand, defended his decision to make the comment, Caitlyn continued: Its not funny.

Its life. Its a very serious part of my life.

I take that very seriously and so out of respect to myself and the community, its not something that you joke about.

This is serious stuff. People die over these issues. Its not a joke. .

After explaining that found frank discussion over the matter educational and a complex issue, GMB host Piers conceded: Point taken.

Riled up; Caitlyn, formerly known as Bruce Jenner, got riled up when Piers asked about how shed changed physically, before adding that there are certain areas we know about.

At the start of their exchange, Piers said to Caitlyn: You were an all-American, 6ft 2in muscle-bound guy.

When you look at that guy what do you think? . Caitlyn responded: Good for him.

There is a lot more to this story than just that..

But things took a turn for the worse when Piers then asked: How does your physique compare now to what it did then? Obviously, certain areas we know about.

However, the conversation soon recovered and the pair went on to discuss a number of aspects of Caitlyns life, including her strained relationship with ex-wife Kris Jenner and the rest of the Kardashian clan.

Respect: Caitlyn shot back that she found the particular comment made by Piers disrespectful.

Caitlyn has been caught up in a feud with his ex wife and stepdaughters Kourtney, 38, Kim, 37, and Khloe, 33, since splitting with Kris an undergoing gender reassignment surgery.

The ongoing spat was touched on again during a recent episode of Keeping Up With The Kardashians when 62-year-old Kris talked again about how she feels about her ex-husbands memoir The Secrets Of My Life, admitting it had hurt her.

Kendall has also hinted that she and her siblings might have known more about their fathers struggle with his gender identity than they admitted to their mother at the time.

The episode showed the family going for formal media training for the first time.

Doll: During the interview, Piers pulled out a small action figure resembling Caitlyn during her heyday as an athlete back in the 1970s.

But Kris told daughter Kim: I dont want to do it.

I dont want to be on the defensive about us or about Caitlyn.

I am enjoying private life to be private, more off-camera when were not doing our show..

Later in the show the staff at Clarity Media Group grilled Kris about her 24 year marriage to Caitlyn, and asked her if she had turned a blind eye to her spouses gender identity issues. Kris replied: No.

I just think I didnt have the whole truth of what was going on in his life. Kendall jumped to her mothers defence, saying: We kept a lot of it from you..

Kris claimed her children had been told not to repeat certain things to her.

Conceded: Piers conceded that he understood why Caitlyn took exception to his remark.

She added: There were things that happened that they did not tell me.

I would do anything for my kids. Had I known any of the things they were experiencing. it just broke my heart..

Speaking about Caitlyns claims in her memoir, Kris said there were two truths, adding that for more than half the marriage it was like. perfect..

And of Caitlyn coming out as transgender, she said: I wouldnt have seen that truth in, like, a gazillion years. Kris admitted she thought Caitlyns book was very mean-spirited.

Celebrated: Caitlyn, pictured as Bruce Jenner in 1975, was a celebrated heptathlete during her younger years of competing on behalf of her native US.

She added that there were a lot of inaccuracies, and that she wished Caitlyn had simply written, Married to her.

Didnt work out. Shes a great girl.. Kriss frank comments come after Caitlyn accused the Kardashian family of bashing her.

The TV personality slammed her ex-wife Kris and her famous family, claiming that her step-children, Kourtney, Kim, Khloe, and Rob have pushed her out of their lives.

Piers Morgans Life Stories will air on Thursday at 9pm on ITV.
