If you feel that your gums are swollen and bleed during brushing, care!

You may be inflammation of the gums, better known as gingivitis.

When we fail to brush their teeth three times a day and floss, can

develop gingivitis.

If gingivitis is left untreated, can pass to a disease called periodontitis

It is a more serious infection than gingivitis and can lead to decay of the teeth.

So if you are presenting symptoms inflamed gums, see how to improve

health of your teeth and avoid problems larger in the future.

eat onions Onions have antiseptic properties

and antimicrobial that help treat infections its mouth that can irritate the gums.

The onions also have sulfur in its composition which provides pain relief and

symptoms caused by inflamed gums.

Just cut a piece of raw onion and chewing for a few minutes to relieve pain.

You can also do some juice onion and apply it with a cotton swab.

Repeat this until the inflammation gum disappear.

Rinse your mouth with lemon The fresh lemon juice is an easy way

and efficient to relieve pain and gums inflamed.

This juice has antibacterial compounds that treat infections and create a barrier

Just mix the lemon juice in warm water and rinse normally.

Take this mouthwash three times a day after brushing.

This is an essential oil that can be purchased in health food or internet homes.

Clove oil has analgesic properties and anti-inflammatory to reduce the number

bacteria causing gingivitis.

Apply clove oil on the gums, with a cotton ball, and leave it for two

or three minutes.

Make this application twice daily.

in Brazil, but you can get the juice organic in special stores or online.

The blueberry organic juice is rich in antioxidants and has anti-inflammatory action.

Moreover, it has the ability to regulate pH of the mouth, improving gum health.

Just take one blueberry juice for day.

Peroxide A rinsing with hydrogen peroxide

can help control gingivitis because It is a powerful antimicrobial that helps

fight infections.

Make the mouthwash of hydrogen peroxide is easy.

Ingredients 2 tablespoons peroxide or (20ml)

1/2 cup water Instructions

Just mix the water and peroxide gargle for two minutes after brushing your teeth.

Repeat rinse two or three times a day.
