I'll just be laying everything on the table right now, most people don't care about these issues.
Have you seen news about suicide, rape, assault, and murder on TV? How many people who've seen that same news go say it's a sad moment, but forgets about it a few days later? The K-Pop industry is no exception, most fans of those stars would just post on their SnapChat #sad with the picture of the news article, and immediately move on to another star not giving a chicken's leg on the matter anymore.
I mean, look at the reactions of the fans of Jonghyun, what do they say? "Sad," "My prayers go out to his family," "*insert prayer emoji here," and much much other useless stuff they post without trying to think twice on the matter.
Look at the fans of previous K-Pop stars that fell out of grace or killed themselves, they go out and say that it's sad and that change needs to happen.
All the while they move on the day after to a new K-Pop group, something that happens everywhere, where people just look at the results of fixable issues that they and us are able to fix, but don't, as there's more alternative options for them to go to.
Conclusion: Most K-Pop fans, like everyone else, would just forget about this matter soon enough.
Very few would try to change this as they know most people won't be deeply affected by this news.
The reason why? There's others who can appease their desires.
Jonghyun's suicide, would, in my opinion, won't truly make a deep effect on the entertainment industry if at all.
