WWE News: Dakota Kai gives an update regarding her injury

Following this week's episode of NXT TV, popular Mae Young Classic contestant Dakota Kai weighed in on her match against the debuting Shayna Baszler. In a backstage interview with Christy St.

Cloud, Kai stated that she is not sure what Shayna is trying to prove to the NXT Universe and labelled The Queen of Spades as a "bully".In case you didn't know….

Ever since making her debut in WWE, Shayna Baszler has been on a terrorizing run and has destroyed every obstacle that stood in her path.

The MMA veteran first stepped through the ropes of a WWE ring back in 2017 as part of the inaugural Mae Young Classic tournament, where Baszler reached the final only to fall short to eventual winner Kairi Sane in the finale.

Several weeks ago, the former DDT Heavymetalweight Champion finally arrived at the Full Sail University and made an immediate impact by attacking and choking out Kairi Sane, who was in between of a confrontation with NXT Women's Champion Ember Moon.

The heart of the matter. Shayna Baszler made her NXT debut earlier this week, as she stepped into the ring with former three-time IPW Women's Champion Dakota Kai.

Baszler dominated the match from start to finish and eventually got the win over Dakota via referee stoppage.

Following her devastating loss to The Queen of Spades, Kai was interviewed backstage by Christy St. Cloud who asked the New Zealand native about an update on her condition.

Dakota, who was wearing a sling on her left arm, replied by saying that she doesn't know what Baszler is trying to prove by acting as such a dominant force but she's just coming off as a bully.

Further, the 29-year-old also said that her arm has been hurting real bad and she is now scheduled to undergo a few x-rays.

WWE is yet to release an official statement on Dakota Kai's condition and we're still not sure for how long she will be sidelined due to this catastrophic injury.

By the looks of it, Dakota Kai's injury seems really bad but as of right now, all we can hope is that she recovers as soon as possible and returns to NXT TV.

WWE News: David Otunga & Jennifer Hudson's domestic abuse incident comes to a close

Per TMZ, the police have completed their investigation concluding that the two-time WWE Champion David Otunga won't be charged.

While Otunga was accused by his partner—award-winning singer and actress Jennifer Hudson—for domestic battery, he has now been cleared of any wrongdoing. In case you didn't know….

Otunga was recently involved in an incident that saw his partner of about 10 years Jennifer Hudson accuse him of domestic battery.

Hudson alleged that Otunga lost his temper, in a fit of rage grabbed their son David Otunga Jr. by the hand, and shoved her out the bedroom.

Hudson also spoke about Otunga emotionally/mentally abusing her by placing what appeared to be a firearm within a touching distance of her despite being aware of her fear of guns. The heart of the matter.

Jennifer Hudson subsequently filed for a temporary restraining order against David Otunga and was granted one a few weeks ago.

The WWE had suspended Otunga until the case played out, with company policy strictly stating that if he was found guilty of domestic violence his WWE contract will be terminated immediately.

While Hudson filed a case with the police in Burr Ridge, Illinois, the authorities have now finished investigating the case; deciding that they will not charge Otunga.

Resultantly, although Hudson's temporary protective order against Otunga may still play a factor and turn into a permanent one, the latter has now been cleared of the domestic battery allegations, and the case is closed.

David Otunga and Jennifer Hudson are presently in the midst of a legal battle over the custody of their son David Otunga Jr. With Otunga now cleared by the law, he's eligible to continue his duties in the WWE.

Domestic violence or any violence for that matter is a terrible thing.

It'd be unfair to pass any kind of judgment in such cases, as what happens behind closed doors often has both opposing sides narrating different accounts of the same incident. Here's wishing David Otunga, Otunga Jr.

There has always been a lot of speculation and uncertainty when it comes to the status of the Dead Man in WWE.

While he seemingly retired at the hands of Roman Reigns at WrestleMania 33, there has been much speculation that he may be booked in a match with John Cena at WrestleMania 34.

A primary cause of concern with The Undertaker has been his health, which has deteriorated after years of taking bumps, to entertain his many fans. The heart of the matter.

When Prichard saw The Undertaker over Thanksgiving holiday, he thought that the icon looked the best that hes been in a while:.

I thought he looked the best I've seen him in 10 years, he said he felt better than he's felt in 10 years.

Prichard questioned the Dead Man about a match at the upcoming WrestleMania, but the latter maintained that hes wrestled his last match and does not want to get in the ring.

Prichard, however, points out that hes heard the same story for the last fifteen years.

The Undertaker is due to appear on the 25th edition of RAW, very soon indeed. We should know more about his future, at that very show. Rumours indicate that something could be brewing.

Im okay either way. If The Undertaker wants to wrestle another match, and he feels up to the task, then Im certainly intrigued. However, if he decides to never come back, he leaves behind an unmatched legacy.
